What I expect for Harbor Freight. Staff sent me to the right aisle, but did not walk me there. Store was clean, and there was a customer restroom available.
They do not always have inventory of everything, but their website helps avoid wasted trips.
If you want the very best, go somewhere else. If you want a bargain on something good enough, depending on your use it might be just right.

Terrible service from the girls who work here, the only job they have is to serve customers and they don't do it, I asked them for an object that I didn't see and when I asked for it they told me “umm maybe they have it in the warehouse but no I think my partner wants to go” Is that the type of care they provide?

My rating is based completely on Alyssa from Oregon. I don't usually expect much of any service at Harbor Freight, but Alyssa was amazing. She went out of her way to help me find want I needed. And way above that, her customer service and conversational skills were top-notch. If I still owned my restaurant I'd hire her on the spot with no experience. Thanks so much.

Great place to find tools with moderate pricings. Sometimes good prices on certain items on certain days / events. Only thing is sometimes the people working there don't have good customer service!
