I've never been so rushed for a pedicure. It was a 15 minute pedicure the guy that did my pedicure didn't seem all interested in giving customer service after I picked the basic pedicure. Didn't spend any time cleaning the nails. 1st time here & I won't be back . Also when I got here it wasn't busy . While waiting for toes to dry the guy that did mine literally took the tools used on my rinsed then under the water & then started to use them on another girl next to me . Very unsanitary

I went in asking for an overlay and was told it would be $40 which definitely seemed like a reasonable and great price! Was explained that since I had acrylics they would need to charge $5 extra for the removal of the acrylics. Thought I would have the acrylics soaked off but NOPE! I had my acrylics yanked off and my pain level was at a 10 the whole entire process. Was in the shop for a total of ~30-35 minutes. A rushed job forsure. They didn't take their time and didn't bother to spend time buffing out the nail prior to applying the nail polish. Super disappointed considering I had read some decent reviews on this place. Ended up coming home to filing out the edges with left over acrylic powder. Had nail polish around my cuticles. Hoping my nail doesn't start lifting within the next couple days..

My daughter had her nails done by Phillip. He did not tell her the price beforehand, he only stated that the design requested would be "more expensive." After he finished her nails he charged her $150. When I called him, he lied about what he had said. My daughter has never agreed to any service price before letting me know. I believe that he took advantage of charging her a price for his time. Phillip stated to me that her design "went over into another client's appointment." That sounds like he needs to learn how to both manage and prioritize his time with client's. My daughter should not have been subjected to paying for his inadequacies. That is unethical business practices.

Nail technician had no idea what she doing. First time going to this place. My nails were not straight and I complained so the lady moved me to another technician but he was very rude. I will never go back.

Not only were they not what I asked for, but they've been sloppily put together, not even filed or shaped properly. I had to remind the nail tech to use primer before putting on the acrylic. Otherwise, they would just fall right off. Also, while trying to shape these, he definitely cut my cuticle. It is my birthday today and this had completely ruined my bday. Now I have to go find a different nail salon and pay even more money to have them fixed. I'm just so very, very disappointed if all nail techs could just be honest with what they can and cannot do then I would be happy. This is unacceptable . If I could give it a zero Stars I honestly would.

Mia helped me today with French manicure and she did amazing!! I've never felt so relaxed during a nail appointment before. She really took her time, was so gentle and didn't make me feel stressed at all. She also didn't push me to get anything which I loved and made me feel comfortable!! Thank you so much Mia, I will definitely be back!!

This nail salon is family owned . Owners a nice to everyone who patronize the salon. The quality is great as technicians are all trained well. The only ding is they are slow .

Today was my second visit to Phillip's. First time was only for a pedi which was great at $28 and this time I did a mani and pedi but I opted for the $43 enhanced pedi. Next time I'll probably go back to the standard one because it didn't seem much different. I do want to give a shout out to Mia, she did both of my services. She took her time and did a really great clean and thorough job. I feel like a million bucks and can't wait to go back and see her again. Thanks, Mia!!

Philip and Vanna were my go to for acrylic fills with gel. However, Philip told me Vanna stopped doing acrylic and only him and his wife do them now. I do basic polish so he has sent me to his wife twice. He does more art designs. His wife has done my nails twice and my nails were breaking within days both times. She does not add sufficient acrylic to the tips of the nails. I corrected her on a few of my nails trying to encourage her to add more acrylic. Worse, she took over an hour to fill and file my nails before starting to polish. The nails were not smooth even after a ridiculous amount of time filing. I just can't go back there because the service is not consistent.

I've been going here for eight months since I started working nearby. If Phillip or Vanna did my nails, I was happy. But, for some reason, Vanna doesn't do acrylic anymore. So, I made an appointment and Phillip's wife did my refill. I noticed she wasn't putting fresh acrylic on the tips of my nails. I didn't say anything that trip but was so mad because the tips of two nails broke off two days after they were done. The next two times, Phillip did my nails and they were fine. This last week, his wife did them again. She spent so long filing my nails. I was getting really annoyed. My pinky finger started to ache on the side where she kept filing for so long. The nails didn't even end up being smooth after all that time. I asked her to please put fresh acrylic on the tips of the nails and she looked at me confused but did it on two of the nails I pointed out but I didn't want to correct her on every nail. She puts it on so thick at the base then barely brushes it to the tip. I showed her one nail that she finished and pointed out where the acrylic ended and the tip was all nail with nothing on it. She brushed some acrylic over the top and kept going. Well here I am one week in and the tips of two nails are chipped. This has only happened the two times she did my nails. I am disappointed and won't be going back. Time to find a new favorite nail shop sadly.
