I would live to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ( Aria , Juiwan & ORLANDO ) for having some of the BEST customer service I havw received in years . Aria was very polite and professional over the phone , she helped me confirm my rental , was very knowledgeable about the things I was asking her . She was very patient with me and also arranged for a ride to pick me up and bring me down to get the rental car being I had no car at the time . My driver Omar was also very helpful he helped me out my child's car seat in the car and he has great patience all around a very man-arable person overall. Once I arrived at Enterpirse I was greeted by Juiwan , he was very respectful and even went and got my daughter some snacks while we were waiting in the lobby. He checked me in got all my information and got me into a car ASAP . I also needed a ride to the ATM and OMAR was by far such a gentleman and had so much respect for me and my daughter he made us feel right at home . He even went out of his way and got my daughter some ice cream , and I appreciated that gesture so very much. I said all that to say Enterprise you are doing great with you employees. And the men have manners and so much respect for the customers. It's really hard to come across that these days . I just want to thank you all again :)

I’m one of those people who are loyal to a brand I like unless they totally piss me off (like AT&T did over 20 years ago if they were he last cell phone company on the planet then I’d just use smoke signals) I’ve I’ve owned and Driven nothing but Hyundai since 2005 and Rented from Enterprise since like “forever” , so whenever I do get to take a survey or do a review I give them 10's across the board and the feedback is usually positive, that being said I am a bit disappointed to have to write this.To start the staff were very helpful and courteous during the entire check-in process.Where I was very unsatisfied was not the people at check-in but whoever was tasked with cleaning and detailing the vehicle.After I pulled off and had gone about a mile when the sun reflected on the Windshield exposing the smear of dried water that comes from not using actually window cleaner or not cleaning the inside of the window; so, after stopping by Home Depot I gave the vehicle closer examination an could tell no soap was used to wash it. The vehicle was simply rinsed with water (Pittsburg has very hard water) so once dried and looked at in the sun I could see the poor effort that had been put into washing it.As for the inside though physically clean the smell of Marijuana just would not go away. I kept the vehicle only because I wanted a Hyundai SUV, and this was the only one they had, so I figured since I'm going to have it for the time it takes for my car to get repaired. I would just run it through a gas station carwash (but why should I have to do that?) for a couple of bucks and use so air fresher to get rid of the Marijuana odor. . "Not!!" I attempted to use a few different products to remove the odor, but nothing worked, I was stuck with it. So, to conclude I would suggest the detailing staff take a little more pride in their work. This experience did not piss me off as much as it was an irritation ( like trying to scratch an itch located just out of reach in the middle of your back) I will continue to use Enterprise and hope this review serves as a ”FYI” wake up call.

The staff was great and extremely helpful. The service was quick and I was out of there in no time with no issues at all. I enjoyed my experience. Juiwan and Jason were both great to work with as well!

Had a good experience with my representative who not only checked my rental car over but made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. Loved my experience at Enterprise. I forgot my reps name but she was wonderful even did a follow up phone call to me to make sure everything was good with the car. That was beyond anything I have ever experienced with renting a car. Customer service at its best!

The staff at Pittsburg/Antioch were excellent. When the car we were supposed to get smelled of weed, they made sure to find us an alternative car that didn't. When returning the car, the wait was a little longer than I would have thought it should have been

Super-friendly, helpful staff. I had a problem with the original car I rented and they exchanged it (with an upgrade at no additional cost) with no hassle at all. I was in and out quickly, no hard sell on extras, overall great service!

Rent here all of the time for work and even though it seems the teams are always different, they are always nice professional and accommodating!The only reason I don't give a 5 star is due to vehicle up keep at times. Often I get a car with bad wiper blades, worn tires or even oil change light on. Outside of that, they seem to have gotten in newer vehicles to chose from.

I’m giving 5 stars because even though I had a bad experience with another customer whom was rude and used racial epithets against me. Mekayla and the Manager whose name I didn’t get were very kind understanding and allowed me to express myself in a safe environment and no one was hurt.. even in the society we live in and the turmoil of which this country is in it is a very difficult to deal with people of such low intelligence.. but I appreciate these two strong beautiful sisters for standing beside me and supporting me and I loved the rental I had.. thank you girl….

The atmosphere they created was awesome. I had my first experience renting a car with the Antioch Enterprise branch and they certainly did not disappoint. Their customer service, professionalism, hospitality, communication and kindness was phenomenal. I definitely plan on returning in the future. More specifically, a big thank you to Safe, Jaiwan and Orlando. You made my experience entirely stress free and simple! Awesome team here, keep up the great work guys!

Ok, ok, I haven't been to Enterprise rent-a-car in a while but this was a weird and funny experience or I don't even know what to call it. First let's talk about the office, it's pretty clean inside, but it lacks decoration (it's "cold) if you know what I mean. They have restrooms for customers so that's a plus. The parking lot-kinda tight don't even know where customer parking was. Luckily this was a couple of buildings away from where we dropped our car. The speed of the service was mediocre. And when we finally got our car, the service representative told us: "oh by the way the gas is almost on E (empty)!" I was like huh? You mean like a quarter tank? He said no half below the quarter. What? According to him people bring back the car with the same amount of fuel they received it. But, are you really going to let us drive out the lot with an almost empty tank? That's not good service. Anyway, we ask for a different car with more fuel in it. Instead he decides to fill the car half tank. Ok thanks. That's the weirdest encounter/experience ever. Like I said too funny. The car has a few dings and it was clean so it's all good. This may have been a convenient location but the service is mediocre overall.
