Extremely professional! Very clean and fast service! I had the radiator replaced in my car. It was done in 2 days. I was very impressed with their thorough and detailed inspection with photos. Love the after hours pick up and drop off service. Plus they washed my car! I highly recommend East Bay Autohaus!! 100000/10 stars!

Tiffany is an absolute pleasure to work with every time! She is so responsive and communication is absolutely stellar. She truly puts her clients first and will work relentlessly to ensure the transaction is smooth with every visit. I can not say enough good things about Tiffany and would highly recommend working with her. We have worked together on various occasions and she is the most organized, professional, and caring individuals I have ever come across in the auto industry. The most professional and thoughtful shop I've ever worked with maintaining my two mercedes vehicles. This is the only shop I allow to care for my cars as they go above and beyond to insure customers satisfaction quality mechanics and everyone is very knowledgeable on mercedes from the owner to the counter person. Truly a honest shop has been a pleasure to do business with.

They were great! I've been having a problem with my engine service light coming on. I had taken it in to my mechanic several times who would run diagnostics and replace something that came up but then after driving home the next day the engine light would be on again. With my mechanic overseas I decided to try Easy Bay AutoHaus who my mechanic used to work when in Oakley. They were wonderful! The diagnostic they ran showed another sensor that needed replacement. They replaced it but again the engine service light came on the next day. I called them and they took it the next day and found that the dealership had sold them a faulty part which they were able to have a replacement delivered the next day and had my car ready for me to pick early the next day. They were very accommodating in helping me and my husband with transportation given I was unable to drive due to surgery I had recently had. I will definitely use them again!

knowledgeable master technicans, and amazing customer service!!! After numerous shops and dealerships unable to diagnose my Mercedes correctly, I FINALLY found this shop.
Not only did they get me back on the road quickly, they even washed my vehicle !!!!

Took my Mercedes for a check engine light diagnosis. Right from the beginning I was greeted professionally, offered coffee or a beverage of my choice (fridge was FILLED with Voss waters, sparkling or still, also sodas with natural sugar, and can you believe it….NO CORN SYRUP) It felt very upscale.
They really make you feel like family from the moment you step inside the doors. They also have 24 hour security watching over multiple security cameras 24/7.
To say I am impressed is an understatement. Make sure to look for the sweetest little shop dog named Bella. She is there with the manager daily! You will fall in love. If I could give 1000 stars I would.
A big thank you again to the staff and technicians at EastBayAutohaus for making me feel at home!

East Bay Autohaus has been my go to independent shop for several of my German vehicles past and present. I continue to bring vehicles there as they do quality work and have suggested what repairs should be done immediately vs what can be held off for a bit in order to spread out cost. I appreciate this.
They have consistently delivered quality service and honest repair feedback on my vehicles.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with a company that epitomized everything a business should not be: rude, dishonest, and utterly lacking in customer service. From start to finish, my experience with this company was nothing short of a “balding” nightmare.First and foremost, the rudeness displayed by the company's staff “Tiffany and Ian L” was astounding. Every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, was marked by condescension, dismissiveness, and outright hostility. It was as if they viewed customers not as valuable individuals to be served, but as annoyances to be brushed aside.Adding insult to injury, the company was not only rude but also deceitful. They consistently lied and made excuses for their abysmal level of customer service. Whether it was failing to deliver on promises, providing inaccurate information, or blaming external factors for their own shortcomings, they seemed incapable of owning up to their mistakes.But perhaps the most infuriating aspect of all was the behavior of the business owner. A hot-headed individual with a short fuse, they reacted to any criticism or complaint with unchecked anger and aggression. Instead of addressing concerns in a professional and respectful manner, they resorted to intimidation tactics and verbal abuse.In conclusion, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Their rude and dishonest behavior, coupled with the volatile temperament of the business owner, made for an utterly intolerable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to steer clear and find a more reputable and customer-friendly alternative.

This had to be the best shop that I have ever taken any of my autos to in my 82 years of being around California. It had many accommodations for me the customer and the car was in good hands to. Pictures, tests that could be seen and understood. Everything was none to be current and they also gave me an estimate of the original battery, etc that will be going bad here pretty soon. Highly recommend East Bay Autohaus for your M.B.
