I have no idea which Dollar Tree location thus review is for. I decided to finally fill one of these review requests out for a chain where I visit multiple locations. Google just asks me by the store name for my reviews and gives me no indication of which location they are talking about.
Some locations are much better than others. I generally prefer the larger stores with more items. The staff also makes a big difference. If they have a willingness to try to help that is really great.
An improvement the chain could make is to post aisle numbers. If there were aisle numbers, a helpful buy busy employ could say, "Near the back of aisle 3 on the right." As it is now, Take a left at the paper plates and ten right at the...." Or just, "It is near the back over there."

Rude customer service unprofessional blame customers for their bad behavior
Corp needs to train them better. Dirty store unstocked, middle of Sunday shopping can't get through the aisles. Manager is rude. If there was zero they discriminate. As person with disabilities I recommend you not go to the store hard to maneuver bad customer service irritation to the maximum level they don't know how to run a store I will be contacting corporate.

If u got 15 extra minutes to waste standing in line then this is your store. I called while waiting to see if they could get another cashier and she just put the phone off the hook so she didn’t have to take anymore calls. Terrible customer service

If I could give a zero start I would. Horrible customer service today. I love follar store I usually shop at the one in brentwood closer to home, but I stop at the one on lone t fee way since I was already in the area. The sales associate listed on my receipt by the name Jnayh Diane she walked away from the register as I placed my items on her lane, I had to ask her 2 times if she was open before she decided to answer my question, she said yes as she walked away. Waited for her to return and she refused to bag my items after I kindly asked her if she could please decide my glass cups as I purchased 11 and she was trying to fit them all in one bag. She rolled her eyes and automatic huffed and gave me attitude I told her, I kindly asked she doesn’t have to be rude and the she had very poor customer service. She replied with, “that’s why all you can afford is to shop at the dollar store.”?? So sad they hire employees with that mentality and attitude. Definitely lost me as a returning customer.

I wish this store manager or employees would take care of the store better, this place is a mess, the employees are not friendly at all, this is the closest to me but I will go all the way to fairview brentwood because they maintain the store nice. JNAYHDDIANE never said hello, thank you or even told me my total I had to look for my self, Dollar tree needs to make sure to hire better employees and clean up your messy store, already Antioch had a bad reputation and stores closing down, you can't tell me yall that busy NOT to care about cleaning up your store. Min wage going up but costumer service goes the hell down. DO BETTER

This store has gotten better with regards to organizations. Sometimes they ran out of helium so make sure to call the store so it's not a wasted trip for you - just be patient to ensure the store answers the phone.

Susana was super helpful. I walked in and asked for photo frames, which she installed knew where I could find (aisle 4;). Then she got me out the door in under 5 min. Super great service, thank you Doller Tree.

I caught bad flu from the employee. The employee had a severe flue but he was not on sick time. I will report the store this to the state agency of health.
