I love Diablo View Florist!!! They are a small, extremely busy, no nonsense, yet empathic, stunningly creative floral shop. I have been a patron here for the past 24 years. Carolyn's creative genius... always a fresh, new and "occasion appropriate" bouquet design. Lisa is wonderful!!! Always helpful and a huge blessing!!!

Like most floral operations in this region. knowledge of any flowers out of the ordinary is scant. Furthermore, after i educate them about what i’m looking for, procurement is virtually impossible! Should procurement BE possible, pricing is PREPOSTEROUS, bordering on extortion!!!

Lovely experience. The ladies were very patient and helpful. They didn't think they had what I was looking for...but kept going to the back and putting flowers together. They put a lot of effort in finding what was right for the Celebration of Life I was attending the next day. Let reiterate..." the next day." I was satisfied. The place is so pretty and calming. Perfect cst service, especially when someone is grieving. I would recommend this place definitely. ??❤️

I called 2 hrs before closing and asked if there was any way to get a wreath made by end of day and they said yes! They were so accommodating and for how fast I needed the wreath the price was unbeatable and the wreath was so beautiful!!!! They had great customer service and were incredibly kind :) I will be shopping here again!

I ordered Sweet Simplicity for my good friend who lost her mom. The arrangement was elegant and lavish! They delivered within just a few hours of my order too. Great Florist, I'll definitely use them again.

I really wanted to like this place because of how gorgeous the bouquets are on their website. I live really close but was out of town for my parents wedding anniversary and wanted to send something nice. I chose to order the Pop Of Lavender By BloomNation arrangement to be delivered. On their site they have 3 options ranging from standard to deluxe and premium. There are no photos giving the difference between each so I just got the premium because I wanted it to look exactly like the photo or better. I was left very disappointed unfortunately. The 3 stars are for the accommodations they did make for me. I emailed them the photos of my arrangement compared to the one on the website. My arrangement was missing the orchids. The delivery was made 11/11/22 and after just 1 week the flowers are already dying which is unusual for such an expensive bouquet. They did give me a partial refund and were very apologetic. I just wish I revived what I ordered and that they lasted just a bit longer for the price point. Pics provided below.

I needed last minute flowers for my sister's birthday. Not only did the flower arrive the next day, but they were absolutely beautiful! There was some deviation from the picture shown--purple lisianthus rather than tulips and a big orange lilly-- but the resulting bouquet was even prettier than the one pictured! Same color pallet and just stunning. Thank you Diablo View Florist!
