What can I say? Mark was such a patient man. Awesome customer service! Very polite, calm, will and can answer questions about orthotics and insoles. I’ve never met anyone like him.
From making an appointment, to giving you directions to the store, to sizing and fitting. Everything went smoothly. When I came back to pick up the shoes and put them on…wow! The shoes are not bad looking shoes for orthotics. Light on the feet. I felt like I was walking in air.
Thanks Mark for being patient and very helpful. 100 percent recommended if you need orthotics or insoles custom made. No pictures somehow it did not save in my phone. But I’ll tell you the store is very clean and organized!

Mark is great, knowledgeable and helped me with selecting the proper shoe, slippers and orthotics for the debilitating plantar fasciitis I've been going through. So much improvement with patience and suggestions, I am seeing a light through this painful journey. Delta Orthotics will continue to be my "Go To" place for all my footwear. Mark is an amazing business owner! My mum And I came in per recommendation of her podiatrist for orthotic shoes. He was wonderful and chatty to my mum and very patient and found just the right shoe for her. I would highly recommend this place!!

I had ankle surgery and needed sturdy shoes. Large selection and not as "clunky" as I thought they would be. Even though he was hesitant about the color, Mark ordered RED shoes for me. I love them! He's easy to work with, too!

Mark is a gem! After a couple of months in a boot due to sesamoiditis, it was such a relief to find a shop where customer service is top notch! I felt like I had more insight to my foot issues after working with Mark than I did with my podiatrist. He is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Antioch is a bit of a drive for me, and there is an orthopedic shoe shop not too far from my house. However, customer service and satisfaction is so valued by Mark- it's worth the extra time. Thank you, Mark, for your time and efforts with my orthotics and new shoes. We need more people in the world like you!
