Ive cancelled my membership. They are the most expensive place to shop. Their return policy if you buy something with your membership discount means you lose the whole $10. if you need to return it. No store credit. $0. Nada

Terrible experience. No where does it say that they are closed for lunch or when they will return. They were late returning and did not open for business for about 5 minutes after the hour. The electronic devices ask for various inputs but do not work properly when you try to input the requested information. The only good thing about this entire experience was the patience of the clerk! This Target CVS is only doing the minimum - find another pharmacy if your prescription is more than a simple pill.

The staff at this location are always very courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here, ever. That is saying a lot in this day and age.

The worst pharmacy! Wish I could give them minus stars. Poor customer service and when you call they don't answer their phone. I can see why they are closing their stores. Will soon be dropping CVS for another pharmacy. Someone that is more capable of taking care of their customers! CVS at 4028 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, CA

Due to an insurance change we had to move from CVS to their big competitor. The difference in service is night and day. This branch has always provided excellent service, skilled techs, and knowledgeable pharmacists. We got lucky and were able to move back to CVS, glad to be back.

CVS Pharmacy inside Target is a great place to get our medicines!! The people are friendly and when you sign up for the texting, you don't have to wait for medicine to be filled. I appreciate receiving a text, driving down, and picking up the prescription right away. Thank you for your customer service!!

I was there at drive thru 1126a to pick up my medication with 1 car in front of me. 2 cars behind me. It was already 30 minutes of waiting and nothing is happening. I came out of the car to find out and ask what's going on. The representative cvs told me to get back into my car. No one had an idea to what is going on. So I told the rest of those people that I have been waiting for 30 minutes. I told them I need to get out of the line. I went inside and surely their having an issue. Also big line waiting. No one had the nerve to come out and tell those people that there's something wrong. CVS had rather those people wait at the drive thru. It's wrong to make people wait more than 5 minutes. Someone should've came out and tell people then close the drive thru so they can't be blind sided. I mean let them go inside at least you have control of the whole situation and can tell them the problem. No problem solving idea.

They are always delaying the medication. Every month that our doctor send the prescription to the pharmacy they will take around two days or more to start on that and then they will tell us that they don’t have the medication and need to wait. This month was another one that we had an issue and we asked them but they even told us to be proactive and call them before the appointment. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional.

11/17/2021. I went to the pharmacy to purchase a over-the-counter cold medicine which is only kept behind the counter. I also needed to grab a supplement and had a question about it. Unfortunately I led off with my supplement question, but before I could finish the route clerk who is a heavyset African-American female cut me off did not let me ask my question and immediately dismissed me before I could get everything I needed. Fast forward I spoke to the pharmacist in charge and ask for the district managers phone number as a person like this does not belong in any form of customer service. He refused to provide me the district managers information. So apparently this kind of behavior is condoned from the immediate supervisor down to the subordinates I encourage you to go else where. Don't waste your time.

This is the one inside Target. They're forever not filling prescriptions because "insurance doesn't cover" and have repeatedly not called me to ask if want filled or what the cost would be. They told my son who was prescribed heart medication they couldn't fill it because it's expensive and insurance didn't cover it. They wouldn't tell him how much either. He called me frustrated and put me on speaker phone. I asked how much and they still didn't want to tell us. Explained he has a heart issue and was prescribed by a cardiologist at this hospital when he went to the ER. Was filled previously so not sure of issue. The cost? Under a $100. They also found "coupons" and got it $40. Why go through hoops to get things filled?
