The OUTSIDE ATM MACHINES consistently are BROKEN...EMPLOYEES for the past 4 years PARK IN FRONT OF THE BANK...all the way across and side..Customers have to park farthur away..

I have had the worse experience at this branch were Daniel Chino a representative in this branch have talked to me and my wife as we were criminals, for depositing an amount of cash into my business account. It’s really unfortunate. since I have been a customer at JPMorgan Chase bank for 10years ! And this branch is in my walking distance

This branch is the epitome of chase bank,The worst bank to ever exist. If you have to make an appointment,Be sure to wait two weeks to a month to get in and have the patience to be cancelled multiple times due to a glitch in the system that nobody at the branch is willing to fix or even take responsibility for. Just give up now pull your money out and go to another bank,they obviously don't need any more customers.

If you have to see a banker, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, they have several people however no one is available to help you, unless you have an appointment, which is not stated on their website nor their mail or anywhere on site ... I asked to speak with the manager so I could at least ask her a question regarding a letter I received from their bank, that couldn't be answered by the teller and I waited a good 10 minutes and no one ever came out. For transactions is good and that's why I give them an star, the tellers although they are usually on their AirPods or looking away, once they acknowledge you they are nice and pleasant.

Closest ATM to my home. so frequently visit this place. There are couple of ATMs available. Located in a strip mall, so parking is not a hassle!

I have been banking here for about 7-1/2 years now and have ALWAYS found their staff to be of the utmost courteous, polite and professional bankers and tellers around town. Banked with Wells Fargo for many many years and finally had to say good-bye due to them always being rude, discourteous, rushing you and unprofessional. Then I moved everything to Chase when highly recommended by my sister and am so glad I did because, as mentioned above, they value their customers and take care of them at the highest level of customer service.
