The store has a good selection, but the prices are higher than elsewhere.
The sellers are friendly, the manager is not a pleasant man and does not know how to communicate with clients!

The guy that works here is very helpful. I didn’t catch his name but he may have been the store manager. He helped me today picking a few things for my husband. Excellent service with the cashiers as well. My experience today was 5 stars.

They close 15 min before their closing time which is 7 pm. Everyone in the store was ignoring me when I was at the door having guilt on their face that they shouldn't be closing early. Never going there. FOOTLOCKER rocks!!

I just wanted to share that on January 10 , 2023 my husband and I to this Champs store in Brentwood CA to do a return. All of young people we interacted with were so professional ,helpful, polite and kind that I had to write a review. It was refreshing to walk into a store, and be treated with such respect. Thank you to the two store managers and the young girl who helped us, along the security man who held the door open for us as we left. So many people are eager to write a bad review. I've decided to take the time to say thank you when it is deserved.

Very rude customer service. They closed at 7pm and we got there at 6:30, and the guy said go out we are closed. We thought he was joking but said it so rudely. And saying we dont need your money. Never going here ever!

Tall male black salesmen, and another femal sales gir, just kept smiling and laughing about inter personal chat.....did not care about answering a question about shoes, and pretended to type on a blank screen, we were looking at, HORRIBLE customer service, i dont expec5 any good from that store.....Saturday 21, 2022 at: 3:45The two kidz working are clearly there for just a paycheck.....if it were my business, they would be fired We know shoes, and these kids didnt even know what a common shoe was....DI NOT SHOP THERE !!!!

1ST OFF I WALKED IN AND NOBODY SAID NOTHING THEN I WAS LOOKING AT THE SHOES RIGHT BY THE DOOR AND NOBODY STILL SAID NOTHING THEN I WALKED BY THE CASH REGISTER AND 4 EMPLOYEES STANDING THEIR I WALKED OUT FIND THE OLD MALL EMPLOYEES
