Rosa and Brandon were friendly and helpful in explaining the process to me. My car was vandalized by someone trying to steal it and badly damaged. I NEVER leave reviews unless I’m angry. This place is amazing. They made my brand new truck, brand new again. I can’t thank these guys enough. They even touched up a few extra spots I had as a kind gesture, so they actually made my truck better than before. Bryan was very informative and helpful Brandan made me feel like a VIP and went the extra mile to leave me with nothing to complain about, like I always do. These guys are the reason I took the time to leave a review. I am very satisfied with their work/ art and their dedication to customer service. Thank you again guys.

Great service, I was going to have to pay deductible for a clam that had fallen off the side of my car and Brandon told me " It wasn't necessary" and fix it right away. Great service and honest people.

I took my van in to Caliber in Antioch to have my roof repaired, the gutters seam sealed, primed and painted. I've had this work done before on this and other vehicles over the years so I know what's involved and the right materials to use to get it done the right way. The crew at Caliber was spot on in their expertise and knowledge. I'm a meticulous fanatic about my cars and motorcycles and the work done on my van was perfect. Also, the front staff there is really friendly, polite and professional. Bruno and Cesar who handled the job are pros and know their business. They kept me informed quickly about every step in the process and made sure I was satisfied. I wouldn't even think about taking my rides anywhere else. Only wish I had discovered them sooner. Five Stars.

I was able to get my car repaired quickly at this shop since I couldn't be without it too long. The work done on my car was excellent. Also, the office staff was pleasant to deal with and they were very helpful.

It wasn’t ready when they said it was supposed to be done, They broke my hatch window and had my insurance pay for it. I had a rental car and had to pay extra days for the rental. The work they done it was excellent job.
