The African lady who braids here is so unprofessional she attacked robbed stole and damaged my phone I had to call police and file police report to press charges and now in the process of suing her and this business she thought she deleted my video of proof of how she attacked and stole my phone but luckily I have an iPhone so you can retrieve your deleted videos DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS SHE IS A SCAMMER & THIEF

I Came Here Because my sister Swear Tony was the best ever !! so i had to give his jobs try. Tony was amazing !!! this place is a vibe !!! his service was everything i needed. i came in to get my nails done & brought my daughter alone with me. she was super fuzzy and he had so much patience with her & i. Thanks Tony agin your THE BEST. Even At The End did her nails for her!!! Very Great Service. BlueRock Nails It Is !!!!!

First time trying this nail salon and I had a great experience. The place is clean and organized, the two gentlemen that work there are really nice and friendly. Decided to do a manicure and pedicure and I love the results, he took his time and checked with me if I was ok with the results. Totally recommend this nail salon

I wanted to give this place a chance; but aside from the bad work - they are not very clean. The lady grabbed a nail filer / polisher straight from inside a small garbage can behind her - It's unfortunate because though the lady was really sweet it was just not a pleasant experience. In other words - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I had to contact their other shop across the street "Bella Nails Salon" they were able to see me the following day to "fix" my nails but when I arrived the "same lady" from the day before was the one who was going to "fix the work". I requested to be seen by someone else, and I believe the owner got upset. The entire time I was there I felt hostile and as of I lost my voice to speak up in how I wanted my nails. I believe that as a customer, I should be treated fairly especially when I paid for a service. I just know not to come here again unfortunately.

The nail technician that did my manicure did a beautiful job with my dip powder. The lower star review is for the product used. A dip powder manicure will usually last me up to 3 weeks. This one was done on a Wednesday and the coating was cracking and flaking off by the weekend. This must have been due to old/low quality product.

I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years and am pretty picky about who does my nails. Once I moved over to the East Bay several years ago I was having a hard time finding a nail shop that suited my needs. Luckily I gave this one a try and am very happy with the job Tony does on my nails. He is a perfectionist and consistently Works to make sure my nails look beautiful.

Bluerock Nail & Spa provides excellent customer service. The quality of work is very good and Tony takes his time with satisfying the customer need. I definitely recommend your next visit getting a full service mani and pedi.

The place is very pretty and clean, and the owners are very nice. I love how my nails turned out and they took they're time with detailing on them. I recommend this place to relax and have a nice experience with getting your nails done, great prices too.

I read bad reviews but decided to give them a chance based on their availability. It looks nice when you walk in but I have a few complaints . 1) the mani pedi I had took three hours 2) I don't think they sanitize properly I did not see individual wrapped tools and the brushed looked really old 3) the shellack mani I had chipped the day after. I had my nails done for a funeral and they were all chipped by the time I was at the funeral . It's barely been a week and my nails looks terrible . I paid $75 for this?! Do not recommend

Tony and Ana are the best. He's very detailed oriented and does a thorough job making sure everything is clean and sterile. He takes the time to make sure every detail is done well. Been a customer for over a year.

This place is very unorganized. Also the owner tries to squeeze any type of drop of money out of you. He kept pushing a gel pedicure when I told him 3 times, I only want regular. Then he tries to charge me gel pedicure price with regular polish saying he'll give me an extra massage... no thanks. Regular means regular. Quit trying to make people pay more than what they're asking for.

Tony did an amazing job with my pedicure he took his time taking care of the health of my toes nails, as well as perfecting every little detail. I've been to so many shops in the Bay Area but this is my new go to spot with my go to nail tech. Amazing service

I don't know what happened to this place but the service has really took a turn for the worst. The last few appointments I've scheduled have been delayed and then rushed once I was in the chair. It seems as though the nail techs are overwhelmed even when there aren't many clients. I hope it turns around. I miss Bella Nails.
