Jeff Mann was the selling agent for a house we purchased a few years ago. In recent weeks, we found out from the city that code enforcement notified Jeff via email about the lack of permits for the home. We were in contract during this time and he did not inform our realtor of this. The house has been locked by the city since then for any new permits. Our realtor has been trying to reach Jeff since we discovered this, our realtor has reached out for help as we are looking to rectify the permit issue with the city. We have not heard back from Jeff and we find this not only unprofessional but unethical.

Jeff's is a great guy to work with ,he's honest, and he knows what it takes to buy or sell a property. Use Jeff and his staff and you will not be disappointed

this review is long overdue. we bought a home in antioch several years ago from this so called broker Mr. mann, we overpaid for this house and needed extensive work, they did not offer insurance and we didnt know, a lot has gone wrong with it and we are still updating, we chose this house because it had a very large kitchen. if i were Mr.Mann i would be embarrased to sell this house in that condition and have his name attached to it for that price, everyone wants a deal and he scammed us. we are planning to sell and dont know where to turn, this makes all brokers/realtors look bad and not trust worthy. what to you advise mr. mann

The star rating is just for the overall feel of the place. They're not all very friendly and welcoming and frankly they appear to be unprofessional. but with that said the actual people whom work here is what's important and how they are as realtors. Pam Olsen gets 5 stars! She is absolutely amazing. She gets back to right away through email and via phone. She is very comfortable to be around. She is always happy to send more listings through email and to even take you to look at additional homes that were maybe not on the list to go see. When she makes time to meet with you she really makes you feel like you are her one and only priority. She doesn't rush you on looking at a home and she doesn't push any one home or area on you. She answers questions well and any questions she doesn't know the answer to she does research and lets you know right away. Nate Stockwell gets 2 stars. He will meet with you and show you some homes, but i'm not sure if he even has his own desk because I had to wait right by the front door while he brought some printouts of listings. He makes you feel very rushed when going to look at homes. He doesn't plan a day to look at homes and he will not communicate through email. If there is a home that comes on the market he will call you and say meet me there in few minutes and then he has to get to somewhere else. Maybe this works for some people, but not for me it's very rushed and if you are busy well then you miss out on seeing the home that day and it make take a day or two later to finally go see it. He is not very quick at getting back to you. He doesn't know a lot about the homes, you have to just do your own research. He kept trying to show me homes in a city I didn't want to live which he knew. Even when going to write an offer he still brought up I should make an offer on the home in the city I didn't want. He makes you just feel very rushed and like it's very inconvenient to go and look at homes. Kind of like hurry and pick a house and make an offer so I can be done with you. . So I would stay away! Also realtors seriously stop being so lazy and if a house is under contract do not list it as NEW!
