This is my place to go and get me a full set with white tips, gel of course. I enjoy the openness of the shop. It's not cluttered & dark. I really enjoy getting a pedicure also, the chairs & bowls are fairly new.

I live down the street & came for a removal of an acrylic set and instead of a soak off I got my nails ripped off. It hurt a lot so after 2 nails I tried to say I don't really want to do this maybe I can pay you and come back tomorrow but she insisted she finished. Someone I assume the owner saw her struggling and came to help remove the remainder of my nails. Both of my pinky nails broke completely & she pressed me to get a full set or manicure. I respectfully declined and said I would be back tomorrow. I did not go back. It must be a hit or miss depending on who does your nails

Horrible work on my nails! I just wanted overlay and white polish. My nails are so bulky and sloppy. A woman started my nails then called a young man to come finish. He was nervous and sweating, had to stop and wash his hands he sweat so bad! My nails look like big fake teeth on my hands. I’m so irritated i have to pay another nailshop to fix this mess! Older lady did my feet and did a great job.

Love Tina! I'm really picky about shape and she does a great job making sure the shape is consistent. Also Tina took a design I brought in and recreated it with no problem. My mom has been going to her for like 7 years.

Now I understand why this salon is always empty! Disappointed does not even begin to explain my experience with this place. This was the 3rd & last time they’ll receive my service. The lack of attention to detail and attitude is unprofessional. The pedicures are fine but manicures aren’t worth it.. They don’t know how to file coffin shapes and when I tried to point it out to Tony, he cut my finger. Don’t even bother and spend your money elsewhere.

really great ambiance and service; unfortunately my gel manicure only lasted 8 days before starting to chip and peel. I came with two family members and the same thing happened to their manicures, so it wasn't just one person's issue. unfortunately won't be back because I don't want to pay for a manicure that only lasts a week. the other thing I found odd was that they default to gel polish for pedicures too. if you want regular polish on your toes you have to specifically request it.

I took my daughter to get her nails done years ago and her nails were over priced and were done very sloppy. we never went back. Now years later I met some girlfriends at Bella Nails for pedicures. Loved the pedicure so I decided to give them another chance with getting my nails done. Big mistake it took forever to finish and once my nails were done it looked like a child had done them. The acrylic was very thick and lumpy. smh Never again.

The person working on us was nice. But there must of been something going on with another client because her and the other nail tech were trying to understand what she wanted and then after were clearly just arguing and saying a bunch of stuff in their language. By the tone of their voices it wasn't good. Just made things feel very uncomfortable to be in. She was nice to us (my 5 year old was getting her nails done too) so I gave her a $20 tip for being nice and helpful and she didn't even say thank you. My daughter kept trying to say thank you as we left but the lady was back to talking crap and wouldn't even listen or give us a nice greeting goodbye. It just felt very hostile in that environment and I didn't like it.

I always try to give this place a chance but I am always disappointed. My pedicure was extremely long but not because I was getting attended but because she kept walking away. The nail polish on my toes isn't painted well and already lifting. 45+5 dollar tip wasn't worth it
