“I got lock out of my car and the locksmith removed my door handle on my BMW and wasn't able to reinstall. After spending hours trying to put it back in myself I decided to take it to a shop. Most of them doesn't even seem interested or too busy because it's a small job. Came to Darryl even tho they were busy with other cars he took the time to try and reinstall it and he did it in less than an hour and didn't charge me anything.”

“Absolutely content with the experience I had with this shop. Everyone was super polite and had a great attitude. And swerved any questions I had and very informative with the breakdown on the repair my car had. Someone broke into my car and damaged two windows and scratched the paint. My car now looks better than it did before the break in. Highly recommended shop!”
“I needed a new battery Bryce was super nice and helped me immediately. I asked if they could install it, and they let me know that the Auto Center could do it the next day (it was late afternoon). Bryce gave me the phone number and name of the receptionist, Erica. I called Erica for an early appointment, she accommodated my need to make another appointment. They took care of my batter installation without any time at all. Erica also let me know that there was a credit of $18.00 I could receive if I went to back to the store. I did that and Luis was very nice and helpful with this. I was very pleased with the service of the store and auto center, their customer and mechanical services were amazing! Overall, I would readily recommend NAPA Auto if you need any help with your car.”

Went in for an ignition coil replacement and spark plugs and the front desk team were amazing in not only helping me find the right ones, but also installing them and showing me what to do in the future. They were totally professional and kind the whole experience in helping me. Most definitely recommend coming here for service on your vehicle, you will not be disappointed.”

“Under new ownership as of 5 months ago so ignore bad reviews older than that. My mom’s truck needed a tow and it just so happened to be the owner of this body shop. The truck was fixed in a day and I took my own car in to have some work done. Amazing service, everyone was really friendly, and we will be coming back for our routine maintenance.”

“It's Autumn in CA and so I changed out my windshield wipers in less than ten minutes. Went to the counter, gave them make/model information and debit card, two minutes later we were walking to my car and the new wipers were installed for free. Loved the professionalism behind the counter and installation knowledge. Two thumbs up from me”

My overall experience was smooth and painless. The car was cleaned and ready to go when I got there, and I was in and out in under 2 hours. However, I was surprised to find $790 Stargard GPS anti-theft device and service in the final price. They didn't mention this until I was in the final steps of buying the car and said it was installed all their cars.”
