I LOVE this place and highly recommend it!!! My transmission gave out and I was stranded and scared. When I called around for quotes on parts these guys gave me an amazing deal and made sure I was taken care of. After this experience I believe this is the only place I’ll ever go to because of how trustworthy they are, and comfortable they made me feel. They seem very genuine. I did not have alot of interaction with anyone. But they had an opportunity to really rip me off but proved to be a very honest shop.
Long story short they listened and when they could not reproduce the issue I had, they returned my van without charging me.
I believe they can be trusted and will he honest about what is needed.

& Repair you are the best and yes I'm very satisfied with the job done on my car. Customer service is excellent I can't remember the young women name at the front desk she is such a sweet person and Charlie really knows how to connect to the people he serves which is good for his business. awesome customer service...great job great rates ...Charley is the nicest guy but so is everyone who there that we,ve dealt with.....I'm so grateful I found them today after a negative experience with Ford Service....Been back multiple times for service and not only do the perform great service but the over all customer service and amenities pick up and drop off service etc are exceptional...I will continue to refer my friends and family .

The quality of work was great, not too happy with the cost of labor it averaged $160 per hour which I feel was excessive.

Had some issues with my vehicle and called about 6 different garages to help me fix my car. All of them turned me away except for auto diagnostic. They are real good people and very friendly. I appreciate all the work they did to help get my car back on the road. I would definitely refer anyone to this shop. A little pricey but I drove a BMW and I guess that's what you get for a car like that lol thanks again Auto Diagnostic!! You guys are great ? will be back that's for sure!

I took my teenage daughter's vehicle to Auto Diagnostics to identify the underlying issue. During the assessment, I interacted with a pleasant and relatable Asian gentleman who demonstrated excellent manners and humor and could empathize with the challenges of parenting teenagers. Upon leaving the vehicle at the facility, an amiable office staff member, whose name, unfortunately, escapes me now, provided transportation to my mother's residence. I distinctly recall her exceptional kindness and proficient driving skills.
Subsequently, Charlie called to indicate the necessity of conducting lean diagnostics, which would cost $175. Upon providing consent for the diagnostics, it was determined that a cracked intake hose was the root cause of the vehicle's performance issues. Despite our ownership of the Honda for a mere three months, I regret not arranging a pre-purchase inspection at Auto Diagnostics.
Despite the unforeseen vehicle issue, my experience with Auto Diagnostics has been exceptional. The establishment has consistently offered competitive pricing and delivered outstanding service for all my automotive maintenance needs, prompting me to hold Auto Diagnostics in high esteem. As I intend to return for future services, I am keen to remember the names of the individuals who have attended to my vehicles.

I had a great experience here!! They were super helpful and professional. I love that they give you rides to and back from your place if you need to leave your car at the shop!! I’ll definitely be coming back!
