“5 Stars when Justin is doing the bulk of the work. He is the most professional employee there. Personable, customer-service friendly, detail-oriented, mature, etc. I never have to tell him that I have a 3rd-row seat or to lift my tailgate and clean that area whereas I have to always mention it to the others. He always removes my Weathertech mats and washes them in addition to cleaning the carpet rugs underneath. He’s the best! I always give him the tip directly so he can decide how to divide it up.
