This place is a life saver!
Rico walked me through the steps to get rid of numerous pop ups. My phone is ad free now. I just dropped off my husband's laptop and both of the employees were gracious and helpful.
Best Buy wouldn't help me because I have an android phone and they aren't fixing those anymore. So they recommended Ubreakifix and I'm very impressed with them and their knowledge and skill. Give them a call for any tech issues

I have coverage through asurion, so I paid no out of pocket costs at all.
They did a diagnostic on my phone to see what the issue was. I needed a new charging port. Everything took about 1.5 hours. Young lady that assisted me was friendly and pleasant.

Original estimate of time it would take to repair: 1 week. Actual time: almost 2 mouths (see below). First they gave me the runaround saying the queue was full, then it was their technician was out sick, then they couldn’t find the right part, and finally they couldn’t repair it because of corrosion on the GPU. Very poor at communicating, would promise to call but no call. The only plus is they were never rude or combative.
