So I was in there 9/27 the morning getting gas on my debit card. I mistakenly told the female working there the wrong pump number. She then proceeds to cancel my entire purchase saying I had to repurchase it again and I would be immediately refunded on my card.. I did not... so I had to buy gas 2x and I waited 24 hrs and still no credit. I went back in the store and talked to the same girl and then the manager Alex. Who by the way was rude and got an attitude when I tried to explain my issue. Buying that gas 2x cost me 100$ and I don't live in Antioch and needed that money credit bac to eat. . He tried say it was my card but I had already verified that it was not. And it was being held because they don't process there daily transactions until 2 days later. So I am out of town with no money for food because I gave the wrong pump number? I am still waiting almost 48 hrs later.. They very worst experience I've ever had. Ignorant employees and Rude Disrespectful Manager Alex. Don't waste your money on their garbage gas station. . God forbid you give the wrong pump number.. You could End Up Stuck and Starving!!

Every time I go here there is something wrong with the pumps, I use Apple Pay and it takes my money off, the pump doesn't work then i have to wait for the money to go back on or pay again, very inconvenient, also the workers in there were rude to me about it. I'm never going there again.

So today I was walking by and the so-called manager ended up running up behind me and snatching me up by the back of my neck, accusing me of not paying for what I purchased yesterday and she started threatening. He said she's gonna punch me in the face and everything else. Pretty rude.

When I went today 8/3 at 11:30am the woman cashier asked if I wanted a bag with my purchase I replied “yes.” After the purchase I asked for the bag and the women employee said it was 20 cents. I didn’t have 20 cents on me, so she told me “well I’m sorry.” My hands were full and I am visibly 8 months pregnant. She refused to give me a bag , but she sure gave me attitude. I’m not going here again. Seriously the most awful costumer service I have gotten.

The guy with the beard who works at the cash register is the rudest employee... I don't know how that guy got a job. He was rude to two people in front of me and rude to me... I'll go to the different gas station until that guy gets replaced

Normally I would not bother writing a review for a gas station. I mean a gas station is a gas station. It would seem that other Yelpers agree as this has been open for a while with no review. Still it is a bit different in that it is an Arco station that actually accepts credit cards. They charge an extra 10 cents a gallon for using a credit card but at least they take it. They still charge a 35 cent fee for using a debit card. Anyway, it is a nice new station just down the road from me. Like other ARCO stations it has rock bottom prices and top tier gas. Top Tier is a designation promulgated by auto manufacturers for gas that meets their standards and protects engines. AAA conducted a study that indicates that it does make a significant difference. Oh, they have a car wash with prices starting at $6.
