I’ve been coming here for a few years now and all the doctors are compassionate, full of knowledge, & have only expressed the best options/recommendations for us. The vet techs are so sweet with my dogs, My pit can be very anxious but she knows she’s in good hands when she sees her vet techs come out to greet her (as do I).
I’ve always had the best help with the ladies in the front desk since I’ve been coming here until recently. I understand the pressure that comes with customer service and front office work which they all handle with grace. The past few visits I seem to get the same person on the phone who on a few occasions was very unhelpful to the situation. Clearly there had been a miscommunication, rather than finding another option she continued to be dismissive. She did this in person for the 3rd time after either rescheduling our appointment for the 2nd time incorrectly, or giving me the incorrect information. we’re all human, we make mistakes (including myself), but being combative/dismissive and making the client feel like they’re a liar is not good customer service and definitely not helpful for people coming in already concerned for their pets.
I’ve never had this experience with the front desk before, I’ve also never dealt with this person before. Usually I speak to the same women who I have nothing but kind words for.
I will always recommend this clinic to friends & family in need of an honest, affordable and professional clinic for their fur companions. One person who doesn’t like their job shouldn’t deter you from an entire facility of great people.

Brought our recently rescued from the shelter kitten here for a health check up.. They offer free 1st visits for rescues from the CCAS ? That is a wonderful service to provide. I was very happy with the doctor we saw, plus the staff was all very kind (especially the vet tech). We will be back..

My first time coming here but I'm definitely coming here everytime now. They were so thorough exam and really made sure they gave my dog the help and attention he needed that he wasn't getting from other vets. Bring your dog here if you truly want good healthcare for you pet.

My Bassett Hound Ruby has been a patient at VCA for 16 years. Yesterday, Ruby had to have a few annual shots and my appointment was at 4:00. We arrived on time and the office was busy and very efficient. Patients were coming and going. Ruby received her shots in a timely manner and we were on our way back home. Thanks to the staff at VCA for being friendly and efficient!! Keep up the GREAT work!!

The Vet I saw was fantastic ! Listened, explained, never rushed, friendly and caring. Dr. Ryan Mulgrew was great both visits. He's very honest and took time to re-exam Zip and told us he was so much better the antibiotics were doing their job and he did not need to be sedated for more tests. Our normal vet was closed and I will see Dr Mulgrew again because I trust him and his judgement. Zip is a happy camper and back to normal ! Thank you !

The front office staff is the worst at this vet. They do not answer messages return phone calls, or have any type of concern for your pets health . I was promised a call back two times throughout the day and I was never reached back out to. I went to the facility a couple minutes after they closed and they turned me away without helping me. I do not recommend this veterinary hospital to my worst enemy.

I have been bringing my dogs to this veterinary clinic for the past six years. Recently, my pug has been experiencing some weird health problems such as limping and not feeling well. However, I'm so glad that I found Dr. Sophie Demathieu. She has seen my pug twice since the beginning of this year, and she is simply amazing. Dr. Demathieu is a great listener and always tries to find the best care plan for your pet. The office staff are also very friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of your pets.

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to this hospital for assisting in the transition of our sweet bullmastiff, Kenzo. After a traumatizing experience at another vet the night before, we called Antioch Animal Hospital (my mom's former vet who took care of my childhood dog until he passed, my brother's dog until he passed, and assisted in the transition two of our previous dogs) the next morning and we had an appointment within two hours. They were compassionate from the very first phone call through the entire process. My only regret is not taking Kenzo here first. Kenzo was calm during the process because everyone who interacted with him was empathetic and skilled at not only supporting him but explaining every step to us and supporting our grief. We did not feel rushed and felt that everyone there genuinely cared about our dog and us. The hardest part of owning an animal that you love, is knowing that oneday you have to transition them over the rainbow. I am forever grateful to Antioch Animal Hospital for providing a stellar level of care that made a deeply painful process easier to bear. With Gratitude, The Hunter Family

They are all about money no compassion. For a family with sick furry babies I would not support this business poor customer service.

The male vet delivers excellent explanations, allowing me to gain valuable insights about my pet. However, the other vet lacks efficiency and seems more focused on selling products in their shop. Their failure to provide digital prescriptions for auto delivery via Chewy is a significant drawback for me. Additionally, the negative vibe I encountered from the receptionists during phone calls was the final straw. These factors led me to decide to take my business elsewhere, and I ultimately chose another vet.

I can't tell how much the doctors and staff are so kind and helpful. I've been taking my senior pup here for over 10 years. The doctors have taken such good care of her and increased my time with her. Now that I have two puppies too they go here too. Thank goodness I have a place I truly trust.

My dogs have been there since they were puppies. Ever since they changed they started all these new policies and didn't notify there patients( the patients that keep you in business) A proper way to is have each time an appt is made make sure that the policy is told to them or have then sign new paper work. It's not difficult. I wi say that Jacobson, Koopman and 2 other staff members are amazing. Everyone else is a mess, who have no customer service skills, maybe a class or 2,3,4 in communication. Found Dr.Panduro, thank God. Everything happens for a reason. If you respond maybe use different verbiage then the last horrible Comment. Plenty of other Vet Clinics out there people. Please do your research our fur babies are worth it
