Service staff including service Manager John and Oscar are rude, and very careless. We dropped our car for service and when we requested shuttle service or any help to get our car back, the service team over the phone was super rude and hung up the phone on us. When we went to pick up the car , we noticed car was damaged and had new damages, John just asked us to “drive away” and just walked off without addressing the real issues. His body language was very unprofessional.
They need to learn customer service skills and some professionalism.

The most lazy customer service and worst dealership in the state! They make appointments with people and leave them at the dealership waiting around for 2 1/2 hours with no answers on a 10 minute procedure. Also Toyota factory paint job will peel in about three years and they don’t make good on their warranty! I put zero stars if there was an option, these people ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Took my car to get the ac fixed, 5 days later and $2600 dollars later my ac still isn't fixed and now I have to buy a new part. I felt like they fixed a part that didn't need to be fixed.

Update:
It’s been a couple of months since they promised they would reach out to me. It didn’t happened. No one from the dealership tried to reach out to me. This is a warning to you. Don’t bring your vehicle here for anything other then fluids check and tire rotation, because based on my experience, these Toyota technicians is the only they are capable of doing. I took my car to Auto Diagnostics and Repair Shop down the street from them, and it took them one hour to find out the problem: the ECU. The Toyota technicians were trying to replace the engine to solve the problem ???
They couldn’t fix my highlander. Went in there with to check engine codes, and left the place with the same two engine codes minus $1,300?They were just throwing parts at it. At the end they said they had an idea about what could be the problem, but they would have to drop the engine, and I would have to pay $10k? I walked out of there with my two check engine lights and minus $1300.
Update:
I took my 2015 highlander to Auto Diagnostic Repair on 10th street and took them an hour to determine the problem was the ECU . They replaced it and my car is working like new!!!!
It’s nice to see mechanics thinking outside the box and not just following a cookbook recipe.
I’m still waiting for the call from the service manager as it’s stated below. I know it is all lip service, and just mere propaganda.

I did the engine light check here, and they gave me the advice that I should go back and drive for one week. If the engine light is on Again, I should go back and change the Charcoal Canister, and I have to pay the cost by myself. They also told me that I was not covered by the warranty, which seems to blame the fault on my not refueling correctly. However, my car is only 2 years and 4 months old and has only driven 20,400 miles. I checked the owner's warranty manual and found that charcoal Canister is covered by the warranty. They did not comply with Toyota's warranty policy. This result is difficult for me to accept, and I feel that there is no security at Toyota.

Dan O'Leary in parts department is absolutely wonderful. I ordered some parts and bought a new rear windshield wiper and he was kind enough to go out and replace it out and I showed him my driver's side mirror and he didn't pressure me into buying the new one. Extremely helpful, polite, no high pressure sale, and had a smile the whole time. I will only go to Antioch Toyota for parts. Thank you Dan

Bought my Prius from here. Jim and Anne were great. They gave me a clear timeline on when the vehicle would be delivered, and had all the paperwork ready when it showed up. Anne walked me through getting everything set up while Finance was getting prepped. Extremely smooth process all around. If you’re in the market for a Toyota, definitely worth going through them!

Went to buy a new car and found out the dealers marks up their cars thousands of dollars! Stockton Toyota doesn’t mark up a penny. Go to Stockton and save thousands!

Called the have a service performed. They said sure, schedule an appt. Scheduled an appt for same day. Drove all the way in for appt and then Carlos in service said they couldn't do it. Lame dealer. Either tell me before I drive in, or do the service you said you'd do!

I recently bought Toyota Corolla 2024 from this dealer which I have been buying my cars from.
The dealer gave me a big surprised this timeabout not telling me about the car already installed Safeguard tracking device. I was not quote the price before I decided to buy the car$495. When I went to financial office to pay for the car, I was forced to buy this device. I had no choice but signed the paper forvthis device as the man told me to. Now I'm waiting for safeguatd tech to come to "activate the device, the appointments time is 0840. The technician has not arrived yet . I have been waiting for almost an hour.
Both are bad experiences with Antioch Toyota and startguardservice!!
