They called me and told me to come at 10 am to get my nebulizer and when I took a bus from Oakley to antioch to get it it was shut down and i was told they couldn't talk to me because of testing the lady was rude to me and sed I needed to stop calling and leave I shild have never been told to come in I don't drive and it took a lot to get there in the first place I shold have been called and told I couldn't come in

They were very helpful & it made picking the right equipment easy for me. I will be back. Wheelchairs, Walkers, Medical Supplies. This is my new place for all the things I need as a caregiver.

Very large selection for all mobility issues! I found wound care supplies that none of the pharmacies here had! Excellent prices I will definitely visit again !!! Sometimes you can't order from Amazon and receive in a timely manner ! Very knowledgeable staff!#impressive

Wife needed a cane. Insurance chose Antioch Medical Supply and not a company closer to our home. We live in Pleasant Hill. Long story short, Sally called to check my wife's height. She also said that she was going to be in the area so she personally delivered the cane to our home just to save us a trip out to Antioch! Wow. Thank you Sally! 5 stars for you!!

I was a little concerned about the business when I read the reviews, but they are great. They called to let me know they received my medical equipment order and asked for my insurance info. They told me to wait a few days and they would let me know when it was ready for pick up. I got a call about a week later and picked up my equip. Quick, easy, and hassle-free.

We were looking for a special tubular mesh wrap that would go on a torso. The other medical supply we visited didn't have any and we needed it that day. So we called here just 20 minutes before closing and she said she had some. We rushed over and purchased wound cleaning spray as well. She was out of a few things because of covid, things are hard to get which is alright. I did have to go to walgreens but if I can help out a local small business first I will. Now I know where to get the special dressing for burns when we run out. She gave me some tips to help along the way for my husbands burns and a tip to help with medical bills. Stuff I would have never thought of. And this is why I shop local small business because I wouldn't have gotten this help at Walgreens/cvs type stores.

Just went to this store. The woman screening people at the door was extremely rude and would not allow me to seek out the diabetic product I needed. The door was locked with one person entering and shopping at a time however when I came- there were no customers but was given a shrug hand signal & waited 14 minutes. She then opened the door and coldly asked "Whata need?" Not a great way to treat potential customers of course I am sure you people could care less..

I come here to get my moms diapers. I come in every month. It’s located in downtown Antioch. A couple of the ladies are friendly and helpful. They’ve helped me get a renewal on the diaper prescription from the doctors office which saved me from having to call the doctors office and being on hold for awhile. They have a lot of other items in the lobby which is available for purchase as well. A few times they didn’t have the diapers in stock and had to wait a few days.

This place is a joke. Charged way too much for an old broken hospital bed. They installed it wrong & then when I had them come pick it up less than a week later they wouldn't give me a full refund & sent out someone who didn't even know how to disassemble the bed. Never again!!

I can't emphasize enough how much of a pain it is dealing with these people, they obviously are overly lax in their business etiquette, and seem to struggle with being on top of things. They are always out of supplies on the day I'm told I can pick them up, and then given an attitude when I'm upset because they've once again bs'd me. They will not admit to their shortcomings, and always find an excuse, they're consistently waiting on shipments, and when they finally DO come in, won't even bother to call you! seriously people, ORDER A WEEK AHEAD!!! you know I'm coming same day, every month, how difficult is it to have one item on order waiting for me? get your sh*t together! as for personality I'm sure their all very nice people, but when it comes to business and ensuring MY schedule is on time, they throw a wrench in it almost every time, causing issues to trickle down on my end - but I'm certain they could care less about me anyways.

This appears to be a mom and pop shop and yes as indicated in an earlier review has a low inventory on many items. I went there because I cannot buy what I need over the counter, it was close, and they were happy to help me with my prescription. I found the people I worked with to be friendly - and seemed to know their stuff, but also as indicated below you may get more information (TMI) then you need or have time for. Didn't think it warranted a low star rating though - especially if I get what I need in the end, so I've given them 4 stars for hanging in there and providing a needed service.

Absolutely the worst medical supply store ever! Huge building but nothing in it. Go to Walgreens medical isle and seriously they have more. I went into the store today and asked if they had ice packs? Her answer was, " yeah we've been out of stock for awhile and I always hate when I have to order them because I always need to order so many and the company I order them from has such a costly shipping charge ! " SERIOUSLY!!!! Then tells me to drive to Concord's Medical Supply. I walked out shaking my head. Another unsuccessful business in beautiful downtown Antioch
