300 + 3 star reviews says it all about this place. Horrible phone skills. Horrible / inept sales dept. It's almost impossible to have so many reviews and to be at 3 stars. Avoid at all costs!

If you are dead set on leaving with a vehicle, they will help you out. Do yourself a favor, and do your research before you make any deal with these ppl. They sold me a vehicle that I found out was worth $5,000 less than what they sold it to me for. On top of that, they gave me very little for my trade in. I will not be going here, for my next purchase. Buyer beware.

I purchased a Chrysler 300S from Matt yesterday, and it was a very pleasant experience. Matt worked hard to give me a deal of a life time. He is so kind, professional and a very good conversationalist. I recommend you see Matt if you are in the market of buying a car. My car was washed and detailed with a full tank of gas before driving off the lot. He even offered another free fill up down the line! Such a great experience.

On behalf of RR, a dear friend whose English is not as good, who purchased a brand-new Dodge Charger (Black) for $74K. It had a defect in the right front fender, so he took it in for repair, but when he went to pick it up, there were scratches on the car. He brought it to their attention, and they said they would fix it, but all they did was wax the car, leaving wax all around the car's edges.
When he got the car back, there were swirl marks all over the car, but still contained the scratches. The dealership refused to take care of the problem. It appeared that since RR was Mexican and not good English, they could take advantage of him. When he went to a guy named Fernando, he was just told they were "DONE" with him, and just kept telling him they were "DONE" when he pleaded with them.
I saw the car and verified it definitely had scratches and swirl marks in the paint, so we went to the dealer in an effort to help RR, since his English wasn't very good, and mine is, so wanted to get it taken care of. I spoke to Omar in the service department first and asked him if they checked cars when they are brought in before they do work on them and he said yes, but that he couldn't help with the problem.
The salesman who sold him the car refused to do anything when I asked him to help. I asked for the General Manager (GM) and a guy named Mike came out, but when I asked about the problem to be fixed, he said he couldn't help. He stated he wasn't the GM, although that is who I asked for. Mike said the GM was only there a couple days next week and to come back Thursday or Friday, but those were the days RR worked.
We came back on RR's day off. While in front of the car, Fernando came walking by, so I introduced myself, but as soon as we started talking about the car, he continually said he was DONE. I asked "what do you mean done" and he just kept yelling "DONE" "DONE" "DONE". He stated the car was given back in pristine condition, so I asked him to look at all the wax left on the car, since he said it was pristine. He refused to look, yelling "I said Done" several times, walking off while yelling for us to get off the lot.
This dealership only wants to sell you a car, take your money, then forget about you when it is something that cost them money in our opinion. We took it to another company to fix, since the dealer refused, who verified the scratches and swirl marks existed, costing RR another $2,500 to get it fixed. This is obviously a slum dealer in our opinion and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from them. It's a reason they have 3 stars. Consider that people who buy a new car always give 5 stars, so it takes a lot of unhappy people to give them an average of 3 stars.

Be careful here, they just want you money and will threaten you if you dare expose their business practices. Read the fine print carefully, or go to any other dealer. DO NOT waste your money here

Impressive markups on vehicles. Trying to prey on customers might backfire.

Go to TK's garage on youtube. Look at what this dealership is doing. Straw purchase on last run cars, $350,000.00 dollars for a dodge car! California has lost their minds.

I believe it is shameful and disgraceful how this dealership mistreated the elderly Vietnam veteran also mentioned in the reviews. The story has already become viral on social media following another Dodge dealer who mistreated an active duty US Marine serving overseas. Dodge needs to do something about unscrupulous dealers like this, consumers should shop elsewhere.

Unprofessional dealership. Manager's conduct unethical practices to retain allocations of dodge vehicles then to add an insane mark up. This dealership goes against dodge brotherhood as well the representation that Dodge says there mission goal is. This place is greedful and will cause emotional discomfort. Beware and it is guaranteed your experience here will not be fair or respectable unless new management team and ownership is changed.
