Great auto repair shop. Had timing to belt replacement on 2014 Honda Odyssey. They recommend a full water pump and all belts with time belt kit at $1000. Prices were good.

I came by earlier this morning to request a diagnostic as my check engine light had recently triggered. Though I arrived around 9:30am the front door was closed and no other signage signaled they were open. I chanced the door and saw someone was sitting at the front desk. He sat slack jawed and mouth open, responding with only a grunt when I greeted him good morning. He had no greeting for me and there was a vacancy in his eyes that suggested what I later confirmed: This man has had a long career in special education. As a consumer."How's it going?" I asked him. He was the type who could transform most words into a monosyllabic affair, "okay" falling out of his still open mouth in an abrupt slough. I explained I was looking for some assistance with my car and he - failing to look at me even once - responded they are not accepting any work for another week. Fair enough, but I imagine quality customer service would have acknowledged the inconvenience and thanked me for my attempted patronage. Moreover, they may have considered taking my information down and offering to call me upon their next availability.Nope, none of that. The dopey fellow let me leave without wishing me luck, a good day, or so much as a farewell. That first impression will be the last. I will never, ever walk through those doors - even at gunpoint.

I had my Jeep's transmission oil cooler replaced. It was a difficult job to do. Let's just say my jeep no longer leaks trans oil and now runs good. I also had my transmission serviced while the car was there. Dave had my car done as promised. Cool guy. Thank you for your honesty.

I have to share that this auto repair shop is one of the best. The staff was professional, polite and respectful. The tech explained in details what was wrong with my car and best resolution. I expressed my concerns with taking my car for repairs and they were amazing at helping me fully understand each step required to repair my car. The price significantly less than the dealer and the service was above my expectations. I am 100% sold that they have a lifetime customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I came in July 2, 2020. The gentleman at the front counter might have been thee most racist individual ive encountered this past week. He basically just sent me away. I feel it had something to do with my ethnicity.

I took my car in to get a radiator and a tune-up among a couple of other things...the very next day they released my car back to me the very next day with instructions that I had a blown head gasket yet they charge me $910 for the work plus they charged me for a tune-up on an engine thats dead...also used all of my fluids that were in my trunk and drained my battery ....when I brought the car there the car was starting now the car don't even start...a waste of time and money and I definitely definitely do not recommend them to anybody...they will rob you!!!!

I had a real emergency on my hands (see other review for towing) and Antioch Automotive really helped me out in a jam! Michelle was very helpful and professional and took care of my problem. Everything was a seamless process and at a great price. I would recommended this facility to anyone that needs mechanical work.

I scheduled an appointment for last Friday which didn't work out because he needed to keep the car for the entire day. I re-scheduled for today and when I got there the guy assumed I was leaving it overnight and he told me he couldn't get it done in the same day yet again. I did not appreciate the time wasting as I had to reserve 2 whole days for this mess. I will take my business elsewhere to someone more serious about other peoples time.

Love this place! Diagnosed my sons a/c problem and idle problem quickly and took care of it in one day! Price was very fair! Great experience!
