Andy and his team have repaired my Honda Civic, F150, Outback, F250 over the years. At least 10 repairs. All told they have replaced water pump, steering box, four-wheel-drive switching unit, oil pan, brakes/rotors/calipers, timing chain, and I’ve never had any problems with their work at all. Andy sticks to his quotes. They often take care of our regular maintenance as well, such as oil changes, etc. His prices are pretty reasonable for the Bay Area. I appreciate the service.

called in and the guy told me to show up at 8am the next morning, got there and was told to come back at 10am. I've used them in the past but won't be going back again.

They wanted to charge me over $1,000 for a simple repair. I had my car towed there and turned around and drove it back home the total, encluding the rear window was $600.

Andy told my wife she needed a new regulator on her right front window , he said the price would be $600, but he needed $300 deposit to order part and labor. She went home and looked up the part to decide what to do. The part was $30. Very disappointed in how people take advantage of customers. That’s a good way to lose them.

I called these guys because they have a rating of 4 1/2 out of five stars with a lot of reviews on Google. A lot of people talking about the quality of their work and prices.I called around to six other auto repair places in Antioch. Andys auto was 20% lower than the second lowest price and less than half of the high price of the other shops. I asked Andy's auto if they guarantee their work yes parts and labor for a year . It was a no-brainer, so I got my vehicle towed in to Andy's auto. My alternator shot. I was in shock because they had a whole bunch of cars but they told me that my car would be done within three hours of me dropping it off. I didn't believe them but sure enough they called me three hours later saying my car was done. I open the hood inspect their work and everything looked great. There's no way I'm not gonna call these guys next time. A Hidden gem on lone tree Way in Antioch.

I went here to get a small leak checked out and not only did Andy find where the leak was coming from he also showed me that my rack and pinion needed to be replaced due to a leak. That was a major find that Toyota missed. I was referred here by my brother Rocky. Andy is honest and fast. I had my car back on 2 hours. Thank you Andy for being a honest and efficient mechanic.
