Use to be a very reliable and consistent spot to take my packages to. However, I tried dropping off a package Saturday at 2pm since they close at 3pm and they were already closed. If hours are changing then make sure it’s posted online so everyone is aware

I needed 2 sets of wet fingerprints. The owner performed the process effectively and efficiently. He noticed my US Air Force jacket and didn't charge me for the 2 cards, a $10 savings. Awesome.

I love the customer service here! The staff is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable while assisting me with my deliveries. This is my first choice when it comes to dropping off & delivering packages. They actually have better shipping rates than other companies, and provide many other services as well. It is always a pleasant experience doing business with the Aim Mai Center.

I need a notary ASAP and my normal go to places the notary wasn't in on Saturday. So I gave AIM Mail Center a call - the nice person answering told me that they were the notary and wanted to know what time I wanted to come in. I gave my time & headed over. The process was easy - I requested that they use blue ink instead of black - my last notary used black & my documents were rejected I was in & out in about 10 minutes. Since the pandemic I've been having my packages go to aim, safe and reliable. I get noticed once my packages arrive. I do t have to worry about packages sitting on the porch and item being left due to signature being required.
