I NO LONGER ENJOY GOING TO WALMART. EVERYTHING IS IN LITTLE CLEAR LOCK BOXES OR LARGE LOCK CAGES. ITS EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THE WHY, BUT ITS SO MUCH EASIER FOR ME TO HIT A BUTTON ON MY PHONE AND ORDER ON AMAZON. BEING A SHOPPER I LOVE ALL STORES BUT TARGET AND WALMART HAVE NOW FALLING OFF MY LIST OF GO TO.....

With almost everything locked up...I don't want to go there anymore.

Everything is locked up with no one around. I hate ringing up my own stuff. I think it is easier to put your order in and have them pull it. Saves from impulse buying.

This reading is on today's visit I went to the Walmart on Watts and everything I had to buy was going to wait in aisle 5 which had 20 to 30 people waiting I had only waited 5 minutes for one person to get my soap and decided I didn't want that. I then went to the Walmart in Antelope and at least there they would unlock it and hand it to me but I still had to wait for eight separate items eight separate people each one having a weight from 3 to 10 minutes actually 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes for the key for the batteries. After becoming impatient and I went to the self-help registers the minute I made eye contact with an older lady she asked if I needed batteries which means she saw me waiting for 15 minutes there or she'd already knew that someone was waiting and she just assumed it was me. I may start shopping at Target to see how that goes

Clean. Friendly. Handicap parking in front. Clean restrooms in the rear of the store. Got some M&Ms. Peanut.

This location had the gall to send out produce, fruit, meat, dairy, frozen, and other perishables that had been sitting out for lord knows how long. Everything I received was damaged/spoiled. This has been an on going issue. I've even had drivers steal entire orders. Management and upper management couldn't care less. If I could, I'd give this location, along with the entirety of it's staff, less than a zero.
Avoid this Walmart at all costs. The risk to your mental and physical wellbeing is not worth it. Stay away.

I would love that people quit stealìng from the Store so they don't have to lock everything Up. Sometimes the wait 4 an Associare seems like forever...

The Store is well maintained and employees are very courteous and professional.
Some customers on the other hand were very rude and obnoxious. Ruining the entire shopping experience

Horrible atmosphere, everything is locked up that is not relevant to theft...like dog bones. The team members are rude and act like you being there is a burden. Had to ring a bell and was met with a smart comment by the employee that showed up after 14 minutes "I can't be everywhere all at once some patience would go a long way" My wife said that we have been waiting g almost 15 minutes and he said well if I wasn't here now you would still be waiting. WOW!..then the worker was putting frozen food back, we grabbed a bag of chicken strips and it was warm...they clearly had thawed out. We watched many workers walking around and adjusting already adjusted shelves and not really helping anyone while the lines were 7 and 8 people deep.. the air was musty and disgustingly humid..we went to get the dog bones from the aisle that we were told to retieve it from and the worker yelled at us..I AM CLOSED..my wife explauned we had to get the bones from aisle 5 and she cut her off saying...I AM CLOSED, ANYONE ELSE CAN HELP YOU...yelling at her..this is ridiculous!! Is this the treatment and service conditons from a place designed to serve patrons I am to expect when I come here?? This place is a joke.....better wash it down or close it down...either way I won't be returning here every again.
