HI I AM A 10 YEAR OLD AND CARLA WAS YELLING AT MY MOM . I DON'T THINK THAT IS exactly right to do that in front of me because I'm still trying to learn respect and I think it is just wrong!

The employees are always very polite and helpful. The location is conveniently near my home and it's nice to just run in for something I need real quick instead of having to walk all through the grocery store. Also, they frequently have sales which make the trips even better!

Everyone there is friendly and are very knowledgeable on what products they have and where they are located. Honestly for a place like that in a somewhat gettoh area Everyone is super chill.

Fast service with a smile. I also enjoy the thrifty ice cream on a regular basis. And it's also available in half gallon containers as well as a package of the cones and also they sell their special scoops that they always have used. Convenient location as well.

I really like the lady that helped me today and Sunday. She was pleasant nice personality and even reached out to help me have a lot of products that are sold on like YouTube or Facebook were you don't have to pay for shipping handling that was very upset that they didn't have a fordable stuff for mother's Day like for a party like specialized chocolates or things you could give to multiple women's like if you went to church you knew mother's Day is on Sunday and doesn't even celebrate or bring a little more liveliness in the rite aid that would help and I'm going to say this years ago I was in a situation where I lost my phone the person would not let me use their phone anytime someone loses their phone and it needs help there should be some kind of phone that they can reach out specially someone with a disability or a woman alone or woman with a child

Called to speak to pharmacy on hold over 32mins, no one ever came back to phone. Called back to Rite Aid and store manager picked up (male) whoever works the shift on 4/7/23 @ 2:00pm was very very rude and unpleasant and transferred me to pharmacy before I could even finish my sentence! As if he was irritated to be at work to do his job!Very poor customer service all around.

The only reason I considered going to this pharmacy is because its just across our new house , had i known the service would be terrible, i am swtiching back to the one in Roseville square which was a topnotch for me.Whenever i call this pharmacy, its either they would put me on hold and never gets back until i hang up the phone or nobody picks up.Drive thru was a joke. Took 20 mins last time i tried it so just opted to go inside the store and wait additional 15 mins because only 1 person was manning the cashier ( the lady with a reddish white hair is amazing btw)So yeah, im going back to the one in Roseville square. This is a nightmare of a pharmacy. Too bad i live closely.

Went to pick up my script and the Pharmacists Job said I had just had it filled.I told him I didn't, and I asked him to call the CVS that he believed filled it ten days earlier. He said "I'm not calling them".I asked him to call my insurance. He said "I'm not calling anyone". I asked him to help me straighten this out and that I had picked up my script 31 days prior, he said "no".He said, again, "you just had it filled". To which I asked if he was calling me a liar, he raised his eyebrows and looked away.I have been having my script filled here for over a year, but last month they didn't have my medication and I had to pick it up from CVS as their pharmacist at the time recommended because CVS uses a different distributor. When I called my insurance they told me what I already knew, that I had not filled it since my last months script when I got it from CVS. They called Rite Aid to discuss with Job, but told me the pharmacy never picked up.I called CVS to assure they didn't have on record I picked ANYTHING up after last month and they confirmed that I hadn't, they called Rite Aid for me and I have not heard from Rite Aid yet.The way I was treated by this pharmacists, as if I was trying to score heroin, was unacceptable.I have never been treated like this, implied I am a liar and, apparently, an addict trying to get more meds than prescribed (I've been taking this medication for 16 years). I had my daughter with me for this, and if I didn't I probably would have said some things to this pharmacist who refused to listen to his patient, refused to help, and violated the "Do no harm" pledge. After this gets straightened out I will transfer to another pharmacy even though Rite Aid is closest to my house.Nobody should be treated like they're a liar until confident of it...and he didn't bother calling either options (CVS or my health plan) to confirm what I was telling him, the truth.

This Rite Aid pharmacy is extremely understaffed and the staff does not communicate well at all. Waiting on a lifesaving med and no one calls to inform you that the doctor wrote wrong rx. Then, It's out of stock and will be ready after 2 tomorrow." I call to see if rx is ready. Nope. You need to talk to the pharmacy manager. May I ask why? We filled the other one by mistake and I can't override it. Call tomorrow at 9. Oh and they billed the wrong insurance company and I have to bring another med other med back to the store! Explained that you dont need the medication to rebill. Now on hold for the manager thus far...25 min. Time to switch pharmacies.

This place has been going down hill for quite awhile normally I just deal with the long wait times for perscitpions etc.. but today I came to pick up prescriptions after waiting an entire week for them to be filledOnline it says the pharmacy opens at 9. I was there at 8:59It is currently 9:25 and the pharmacy is still not open. I understand being a couple minutes late to open but 25 minutes is just rude and inconsiderate to people who need their medications. The pharmacist finally shows up and I still have to wait for them to put the cash drawers and turn on their computers . They finally open the window and the lady at the counter was smirking because she could see that I was irritated about them opening so late. They didn’t even apologize for opening so late. Many people coming to pick up perscriptions are sick or in pain they do not need any extra hassles. If they would have offered a genuine apology for being late then I wouldn’t feel so upset but it’s as if they just do not care. I will be switching to Walgreens pharmacy after this incident

This is specifically for the Pharmacy. The pharmacist are EXTREMELY rude. If it wasn’t for the cashiers who work in the pharmacy being super nice, I wouldn’t Have even wanted one star. They are constantly backed up, they are rude, never smile, and hate questions in general. Drive through doesn’t work, and I have to wait in long lines all the time. That I can handle but Pharmacist- please act like you like your job just a little.

Rite aid never fails to mess up my prescription in any way shape or form. Do not recommend their pharmacy
