Really bad. The worst customer experience I ever had. Needed public notary service. First we been told to come after 1 hour because person was in a conference call. After 1 hour we have been told person is at lunch ( at 3:20 pm). I asked how long will take, been told I will call her and let you know. 15 minutes later someone else asked us what are we waiting for. Long story short after multiple discussions with 2 person we have decided to go to UPS and pay $15 for a service that was supposed to be free as a bank customer. The only thing I can do is close my accounts with Chase.

Today I went to deposit money into my account. 20 people in line to use the ATM. That's when I remembered that only one ATM was working. I had been there on Friday and only one ATM was working. I realize that this is the only Chase bank in the area, but this happens alot. I know now that this ATM won't be up again until Maybe Tuesday due to memorial day holiday.

I walked in to the branch wanting to open a checking account for my teenage child. I had to wait for 30 min (no contact by any employee) until I finally asked a lady behind a desk who was talkiing to another employee. She seemed annoyed by my question and rudely says that I would have to wait in line to make an appointment for another day. It felt like that branch doesn't want our business and will be going to a different branch farther away for better customer service. Antelope failed miserably and would not recommend going there.

It turned out to be a whole problem for a "specialist" to exchange $20 for $100. Bank programmers help this bank, their system always freezes!

Horrible customer service. There was a line of ten people & they shut down two (out of three) windows to “hold spots” for people. Be prepared for waiting for 20+ minutes.

If you agree time flys come to this bank youll change you mind. Also if your useing your phone wallet to withdraw from the atm therr is a 1 in 5 chances it will except it based on its liking

I have been loyal customer for over 10 years even when this branch was under WaMu bank. #1 Love the fact that I can withdraw cash ? with my iPhone. # 2 For tech people ATM machine inside the branch with large screen is blast to use. Never a big line.
