Days crews r ok here, but night crews r garbage! Rude, not kind, not helpful... and of course barely speak English. I hate spending my money in a store I don't feel appreciates my business... and this store is a prime example of that! And it was definitely more than 5 minutes.

Hello, I am writing here because I don't know how to respond to you. The night crew that works in this store is very rude, don't greet customers, don't say thank you after transaction, and don't put customers as a priority over nightly work in store. These workers don't know what customer service means... very disappointing! I live very close to this store and would be a regular if it weren't for the rude, bad attitude workers... Now your night crew guy tells me they r out of everything I want to buy, every time I do go into this store at night... Awfully coincidental. Always out of what I'm trying to spend my money on... That's just bad business. Always the same guy, tall and skinny and wears a baseball hat. Also, sits on his phone a lot, instead of greeting customers. Come on 7 eleven, do better. Maybe hire people that actually want to do the job. Maybe even with some people skills, so they aren't running off business. Cuz now I'm going to another store to spend the money I would have spent here...

Went in today on Christmas cause we needed things the employees were helpful, but the emergency exit was not clear there were several things in the walk way which is illegal I believe and the ringing outside which can be heard waiting at the light and the ringing could potentially cause someone with eplipsey to have a seizure.

Love this one. The staff are always so good to my husband and I. As regulars here getting our scratchers. My favorite location Kawal is the best.

Absolutely disgusting staff. Tried charging me $9.03 for a Dr. Pepper. Theres even currently a promo going on for the product for rewards members (which i am). Refused to give me a receipt, then refused to refund my card, then began muttering to his co worker in a different language, insulted me, then handed a refund back to me in cash. Never come here. The entire staff is absolutely disrespectful, the management team here is unprofessional, and they have coke wonderlands sitting on the shelf that expired last year. disgusting.

Me, my wife, and my son have gotten slurpees on here on different occasions. We've given them the benefit of the doubt. But each time we've felt sick and its only at this location. And a child running a cash register doesn't seem legal.

Dont get there drinks every time me and my family got them we didn't feel well after drinking them I had explosive diarrhea 2 times but there candy is good

They can’t seem to do anything right at this location. They never have fresh breakfast items in the morning. It’s like winning the lottery if you come in and they actually have any hot food items besides the taquitos and hot dogs. Coffee is always cold by 8 so you gotta get there early. Cashiers always on their dam bluetooth having conversations. Just not a good location. Only reason I come here because its close to where my old lady lives

1st - no lids for ANY drink cups? Small to XXXL, fountain or Surpee done, there is not one lid in that store. I know there's external factors affecting everything...but no lid's? Why even have the fountain turned on then at that point?2nd +no mustard and.ketchup for my Big Bite. WTH that's un-American!3rd- Flat out rips people off. 9 dollars plus for a Big Bite, a 20oz can of Coke (remember no fountain lids) and a king sized Reeses Peanut Butter cup? Happens so frequently, I'm just used to it now...Really, I could write a book on Sacramento's 2nd worst 711.....

Please check your stuff you buy from this store. They sold me a fake flum from this location today. I tried to get my money back. Only because when I check the serial numbers on this FLUM Vape it was FAKE!!!!!! I wouldn’t think 7/11 store would sell fake stuff so anyways he told me NO then started to have an attitude with me like I was wrong for asking for my money back. I just spent $26 dollars for fake flum. I just left because i didn’t have time for bad customer service and him being really rude about it.
