“I owe FR an honest review. We ordered a large oval white washed picnic table. The table is heavy, solid, and great in those ways. Initially, the oil from the table leaked out onto the top surfaces and onto my patio tiles and caused discoloration. I was really unhappy and tried to work through customer service to see what was needed to repair or replace.My frustration was that I couldn't really get through to anyone to ask questions about the issues. I don't really know about wood or sanding or doing touch up, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone to talk it through. I took a month or two to work it out.In the end, FR send a person to my home to sand and paint the effected areas. It was the best thing they could have done. I was really happy they did that, even though I'm sure its a lot on their part.Although its taken some time, I do think the table is well made and beautiful, which really is the most important thing.”
