Stopped in on Jan 6th for gas. Pump 2 card reader was not working. Happens often. I went inside explained the reader wasnt working I need $20 on #2. Long haired older male told me his pump is fine I need a new card. I explained the card was just used next door its ok #2 has had this problem before. At that point while processing my card in a rude manor I was asked next time take my business elsewhere. After calling him an a****** I explained this is a small community and you dont treat customers like that here. I will be talking to management and writing a letter to corporate. For the record Pat the mansger, the students who normally work there ,or Victor and crew in the service dept. are all great people. This person with attitude in the gas station does not belong.

It has good prices compared to some other pumps, but the gas pump is much slower at times; and it's not that I just feel like it is when I'm rushing to work.

Worst service ever. Don't ever come here. I was literally less than 10 minutes over closing and the cashier was just on her phone and wouldn't let me pay.

I was experienced today with unbelievable poor service and humiliated by a cashier clerk Amira who refused to take a cash from me. I was prepaying for the gas.Amira ignored cash handled to her and when I tried to place it on the counter desk she continued to stare at me. Then I placed cash next to her and she still continued staring into the wall. I asked her to accept a cash and she refused to take it. It was observed by few customers at the shop who lined up behind me in the next ten minutes. They were also unpleasantly surprised by seeing her humiliation attitude towards the customers. I was ready to leave and I was only stopped by the fact that my gas tank was almost empty and there were no closest gas station nearby. After prolonged humiliating attitude from Amira, I managed to place cash directly into her hand. There were no apologies from her just a hateful attitude. $40 bill was new from the bank ATM machine so there were no reason do not accept a cash and refuse a service to fill my gas tank. When I asked her to speak to the manager or owner she also refused it by saying that the owner, she called her Pat, is never available and there is no way to reach her. I would avoid this gas station in the future. Please consider my advice.

Dear Gas Station, I rode the Pope Valley Loop on a bicycle on Saturday (40 miles), June the 4th. I do take the blame of having only two bottles of water with me on the ride. I stopped at your station for water, only to find out there were no hours on Saturday, and I was not able to find any water fountain or any other access to water at this stop on this popular biker route. Sadly I didn't have the correct bill notes to use the vending machine either. I still survived. If at all possible, please have a water fountain to drinkable water here that is available independent of your open hours. Much, much appreciated :)

I can finally give this place five stars since they have installed brand-new fuel dispensing pumps. Everything seems to work now, gas prices are reasonable and the free air/water service is available by the north entrance.
