I have the biggest fear of dentists and found only 2 I've felt comfortable with. Dr. VandenHoven is one of them. I had 2 pretty big fillings today and have never done them without sedatives before. Today I did and had a great experience. I did not even feel the shot and he walked me through every step. He's very calming and patient. His dental assistant, Fatima, is just as pleasant and comforting.

Dr. Vandenhoven was very welcoming, made me feel confertable, explained the entire procedure very nicley, answered all my questions/concerns, and took care of my cavity with no complications. His entire staff was also fantastic.

I went here to have a few cavities filled, but after moving and visiting a new dentist, they discovered that this place did an absolutely horrible job at filling my cavities. So badly to the point that one has gotten worse and now needs a root canal. They showed me the new xrays and even I could tell, that the fillings looked super messed up. I also have recently discovered that my cavities are due to a much larger issue, and this place just did a terrible job filling my cavities and sent me on my way with no other help. Not to mention getting the fillings here was extraordinarily painful.

He didn’t listen to my needs and it sent me into a world of pain and I had to get the work completely redone elsewhere. Had he communicated better and not second-guessed my pain I would be healthier today.

Came in with a delicate medical issue. Could have listened, didn't. Made things worse, now have to get everything redone and am in more pain than before.Didn't listen. Could have. Chose not to. Now I'm screwed.

Shaved my front tooth off. I went in for a small chip in my front tooth (that I wanted to have filled). What I left with was a shaved front tooth that I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality in service here. But hey, at least I won't have to get that chip filled again

This place is a hidden gem. I considered not writing this review so people don’t know what an amazing experience you can have at a dentist. Ursula, Linda, and Dr Peter make going to the dentist relaxing and walk you through every step and give you a ton of information. They make sure you’re comfortable the entire step of the way. If you need dental work or just a cleaning. This is the place to go.

I went here for a regular cleaning and the dental hygienist chipped my tooth. I called them to let them know they said for me to come back in and they would fix it. There was no apology and the next week I received a bill saying I owed for the fix. I feel I should not have been charged for their mistake and negligence. I do not recommend them!

This was first visit with the Angwin Dental and I loved my experience. The staff are warm and so welcoming. The doctor did a great through exam on my teeth and was really great at explaining things in detail to me about different options that I can choose for certain procedures. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Thank you so much for the nice cleaning yesterday and the experience of meeting Dr. Williams. I too am so glad that he suggested right away we take care of the new upper partial and repair the bottom partial to make a good fit. So now as you get the pre authorization of the needs for me I would like to proceed with this as quickly as possible to lessen any more damage to my teeth. So as soon as you get the pre authorization from the insurance if you could call me right away, thanks again for the nice visit and service.

My semi-annual date with Darla is always great as usual. I find this office and its' staff to be so very peasant and attentive to its' patients. I was lucky enough to be there when Dr. Williams was there and was able to talk to him for a bit, not much but just enough. I do not know the complete staff but maybe in time. Ursula, Angela, Darla and Dr. Williams thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable.

Angwin Dental is so efficient that I don't even have time to sit for more than 20 sec in the waiting room to check if Bob's installed wifi yet. I've raised 3 kids to adulthood taking them to Angwin Dental and we are very happy with the service. I didn't think it possible but Darla achieved a new level of awesomeness when she brought out strawberry flavored polish one time after I complained about mint being so boring. And now they text and email to keep in touch which is great.
