When I called them to say I was 100% out of propane I was told they'd be there the next day. Since I was flying away on business that night I was happy the elderly gentleman who would be watching my pets and house would have heat and hot water....it's now been a week and I am back home, with no hot water nor heat. They seem to offer NOTHING but excuses of why that is, even blaming me for this. I'm never going to use this horrible company again. Their competitors jumped at the opportunity to service my account and provided me with fuel. The girl I talked with (Deserie) was rude and unfeeling in the situation. She never once called nor let me know why or when I would get fuel, I had to call them over and over again for her latest "reason" they couldn't come fill the tank. My favorite was the driver couldn't run his route due to the snow even though the roads were clear, and I live off the main street on pavement!! I wonder how she'd feel having no heat nor hot water for a week? STAY AWAY FROM THIS HEARTLESS COMPANY.

(Would want to rate - 5 stars) Worst company ever!! Been trying to get gas for my daughter for over a week, they’re snowed in and now have no heat/hot water, called them and the lady that answered just laughed, found it funny. It wasn’t due to getting gas refill late but to a gas leach. They refilled 2 months ago and gas lasts her about 6-7 months. Appt was set for 6 days after they called and today is the day, well they haven’t showed up (appt was for am) and now they won’t answer phone. When we initially called to make appt they refused to let us talk to a supervisor. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

I called for a fill up on Tuesday and PAID in advance. They said Thursday, no show. I called and they said Friday. No show. I called Friday they said Truck broke down and said first thing Monday morning. Monday no show. Mind you I prepaid and have always paid on time. Tuesday no show. Now after calling again they say that wednesday morning they will send out a driver to give us just a little propane until other driver can fill it. Does that make any sense? I am a senior citizen and I am freezing cold because we are now out of propane. I even told them that if they didn't show up I will be forced to call someone else. Never gave them any reason to treat me this way. Simply unexcusable. I couldn't give less than one star or I would have.

Switched to Campora last year after being fed up with the national company we had. It's been a night and day difference. Prompt service, friendly staff, and competitive pricing. Reading the negative reviews makes me wonder if they are for a different company or it's from their competitors. I have nothing but praise for them.

Been dealing with Campora Angels Camp for years. The whole staff is great and a pleasure to deal with. I've also found that they have some of the best rates compared to local competitors. I personally like to call in and check rates at the specific time. They will tell me when to wait for a lower rate and then I call back in to schedule a fill. Overall I think campora is the best option in the area.

Everytime I have had to call they are rude rude and more rude. They will shut you off at the drop if a dime when you dont pay on time and who has the money to pay a 400 dollar bill at once then they come fill it up again. Make no sense ...I absolutely would recommend a different company for your propane ...I am sick of these utility companies that wont work with their customers...terrible terrible service

Hello I live in Copperopolis California my husband and I are both senior citizens. Proximately two weeks ago or more we called in regards to asking for service we stated that we had 30% left on our tank during the cold days right now we've been using more prone pay than usual because we have Covid. Under the seat circumstances I have called three times they keep on telling me it will be scheduled sometime this week I am now at home without heat with Covid as a senior hopefully nobody else will have to go through this experience thank you

The people that work in the office are always so sweet and kind to me! I have been using this propane service for over 3 years now and never had any issues. I also had someone come out to light a pilot light a while ago and they were courteous and quick. I want to send a special thank you to everyone who works there! You're hard work and kindness is not unseen!

I have been trying to change my service too campora for 10 months. Can't seem to fill out application online. Asked for them to send me an application in the actual mail. Never happened. Asked again and put me on hold, she wasn't going to talk to me again. What kind of a company is this???

Overpriced. Their practices lack courtesy and respect. They just show up on your property to fill up without notice because they are “in the area”. Office staff is generally rude and unwelcoming.

Very poor customer service, not understanding at all of people's circumstances, even during COVID and the middle of winter storms! I guess I'll empty my bank account instead of feed my children or keep them warm

Yikes...these people are the worst!! We've had them for 2 years and until now have simply tolerated their lack of service...here's what we have perceived as the problem(s). We began our service with their auto fill system - which by the way is not a computerized tracking system as other propane companies currently use but a bill/usage system (huh?). After having them, what appeared to be whenever they were in the area, simply "top off" our tank and having a bill dropped on site more than often, we decided to opt to just call them when we needed a fill up. Sooo, last week, on Monday, called only to be informed that they wouldn't be able to come until the following Wednesday...no, not 2 days later but NINE days later! What??? Oh, we could have requested "emergency" service for a substantial charge but didn't think that would be necessary. This is ridiculous...this is service??In addition no bill is ever sent. They just drop a delivery receipt and expect you to pay from that. Wait, more...I e-mailed them 5 days ago and you guessed it- no response. And one last thing...their delivery people are surly and very unfriendly. Enough! After this delivery today ( it's noon and so far no show!) we most certainly will be taking our business elsewhere.There are many options for propane and I strongly recommend you give your business to one of them!!
