Great services and well done. My car is a classic and they clean it beautifully. They also have a gift shop to browse while you're waiting.

Horrible Service...stopped by to have my trucked cleaned, was turned away....The attendant stated they stop washing cars at 2:45... it was 2:37... I guess on Saturdays... they make their own times.. I would have no issue if it was just posted about not servicing anymore vehicles after a certain point.. even more it was even 2:45 yet.. I guess this post Covid service now!!

Came here today to get my oil changed, wipers replaced and car washed.When I arrived there was one car ahead of me. I pulled in behind it. The owner had me back up and pull into the next stall.Another car pulled up behind the one that was being worked in.40 minutes passed and I walked out to check on my car. It had not been started on! Instead Ruben was working on the car that came in after me.I walked in looking for the owner, she was not around. I asked the cashier lady to tell Ruben that I was the car that was next in line, before the one he was working on. He say "no one is gonna tell me how to do my Job!! Tell her, there is a waiting area!"I tried to explain that the owner had me back up and move to the next stall and he starts taking over me saying "and this is gonna make it go faster?!?!"When the owner came back I told her what happened. She tells me that Ruben had been working very hard. What?? This is his job! She is practically patting him on the back for his bad behavior!I work very hard, and I work in customer service. You do not be a jerk to the customers especially when you are the one who messed up and did not do your job correctly.This place is over priced, lacking in professionalism and a complete joke!!!

I absolutely love the service here! Everyone is very friendly! Everytime I get my car cleaned, they do a fantastic job! That's saying a lot because my toddler is a mess in the backseat! Hard workers and great service! Thank you everyone at Froggy's for always leaving me satisfied!

Same old car wash I used as a teenager in the 70s. Was able to get quarters, wash the car, and get it vacuumed for 5.50. Not too shabby.

Although they did clean my car really well they couldn't get the heaters off the window I'm not sure what would be on the window but they explained it was some debris. But what I wasn't satisfied with was I left with the scratches all over my window. That weren't there before. When I asked if I could have my money back or at least half or some thing they did offer me another car wash but I really don't want to go there again to get more scratches on my windows. The manager had left and nobody else in the building do you have to issue a refund so I just left because I have other things to do that day. I will not recommend this place because I also had a car lighter last time I dare go out. But I overlooked that because I figured maybe a little bit of dirt had gotten in there.

I've been told several time to come her the lady in the building is absolutely wonderful and very nice but I paid for a supreme package and I thought when they returned it I got a regular express 10$ package my kids could of done better with there eyes closed they didnt pull up the seat clean the cup holders wipe down stearing wheel or mirrors I sat for maybe 25 min and that's how long it to for it to go thru wash and get a full 100% clean that was absolutely terrible I would of rather spend the gas and take it to the valley before but ruben was also great and helped us but the rest of the staff was terrible and does not know anything about good quality if clean I'd hate to see what there houses look like....
