They only have one line open and there is 5 carts total in the line. They are completely full carts. They had another line open and they didn't keep it open to allow speedy transactions. They also refuse to open another line and other people are loud and verbally complaining.

It's been 48 hours since I went to the Dr. The walmart pharmacy still doesn't have the prescription ready. For some reason they are wanting to change the medication to something other than what i was prescribed and refuse to fill the prescription now. My dr office has been trying to contact them all day and they aren't answering their calls or returning messages. I've never had this problem with them before.

While I understand there is an employee shortage, the employees could be a little more cordial over the phone. They sound like they don’t even want to be there. I am seriously thinking of having my prescriptions sent somewhere else because of this

Very friendly staff. We have no problems getting prescriptions filled. They take better care of us than the other pharmacy we went to. I love that they bring prescriptions out to your car, wonderful service. Even when very busy we usually have them within an hour.

Horrible experience. Had some prescriptions from the ER. Took them there and they said sorry not covered by insurance. So the next day I took it to my regular pharmacy, it was closed so Walmart was my choice and needed the meds ASAP. Well my regular pharmacy couldn't believe they told me the weren't covered because she looked at them and ran them all 3 were covered. So I don't get that pharmacy! Everytime myaelf or a family member use it, it's utter debaucle! Terrible

Every time I have to deal with Mae at the Anderson, Ca Wall Mart Pharmacy she is rude rolls her eyes shows no empathy, help or emotion of any kind. It is like interacting with a dead person. Everyone else is helpful and willing to help.

The employees for the Walmart Pharmacy have always been professional and I appreciate that they are open late.

Needed to have a prescription filled, never went to WalMart before. Handed my TWO insurance cards to Kara- who looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. My suspicions were right, because as soon as she spoke she was so rude! She told me those were the wrong cards. I was confused, because I have never had any issue using my cards at a doctor office or pharmacy. She would explain, just said those are not the right cards. I tried to engage her in conversation to figure out what was the issue. However, she was not having it and just pushed my cards back. Keep I. Mind there was no one I line behind me. A few minutes to work together would not have hurt. I called the number on the back of the card and they have the information I needed. The only thing I can think of is that these others Pharmacies I have used (Costco, RiteAid, Cottonwood) did that themselves. I gave her the information, she then said "sit down and we will call you when ready". Not sure what needed to be ready, because the bag with my prescription was pulled off the wall and handed to her. The whole time monotone voice and rude. I hope no one gets Kara. I hope Kara finds happiness in her life. Dealing with people with illness is not a profession for someone who hates their job. The bright light was a woman with a long braid that checked me out. She was so nice and kind.

Rude employees. Couldn't get what I needed. Never shop here. And the thing is no one even cared to attempt to help me get the item I needed which was a simple phone. Open the damn cabinet and grab one out. Simple as that.

These employees think it's ok to sexually harass my wife while she's holding my son and im inside checking out. How disgusting and trashy but I shouldn't be surprised. It's Walmart. Don't bring your family here.

My doctor sent my prescriptions to Anderson Walmart. I waited in a long line for the clerk to pull it and said it was going to cost a lot because I had no insurance. I advised I did have insurance and she sighed and said I would now have to go wait in another line. I did. The clerk at this window took my card-then sighed herself. She exclaimed it would take some time-I told her I could walk around the store and come back if that was easier-she said no. Then said "well most of these may not be covered" Then after 20minutes-said they were all processed -she sent me to the end of first line I started at-and waited several minutes. Then got back to original clerk-who scanned all the paperwork and said all of them are not covered but one. I asked why prior clerk didn't say they weren't just said may not -then said they were and sent me back to you. She said well it's the way the doctor sent over the order-I asked if they would call so it would be fixed and they said okay. I checked back multiple times over a week and finally had my doctor office send them to Owen's who took care of it -filled them immediately.
