The Shasta Outlets have been renamed Shasta Gateway. There are many empty storefronts, but a nice new Grocery Outlet anchors the center and Pendleton, Eddie Bauer, Hanes/Bali and other stores remain. We usually stop here for a bathroom break, a walk around, a little shopping and to switch drivers. The parking lot was fairly full and I can see more stores filling the empty spaces.

Absolutely 5 stars! Shout out to ELICIA, DANA, and JESSICA - the BEST retail clothing customer service I've ever encountered!

Not too many stores but has a few name stores vans, gap, payless shoes, dress barn, eddie bauer, and so on. You actually have to drive thru yo see which ones are actually still open.

Possibly the most depressing shopping center in the world. During my childhood, this place was THE place to go! Tons of stores you could go to--not a vacant suite in the house. When I moved back to the area, I went down to check things out. So much has changed and almost everything is vacant. I went over to get myself a caramel apple at Rocky Mt. Chocolate Factory for old time's sake and almost cried when I didn't see that big dirty bear chained to the bench outside the closed shop. My saddened, nearly 30 year-old face pressed up against the window looking at the empty business suite...the now barren apple racks still in there. Now, the only places that bring me down here (rarely) are the Gap outlet and the movie theater.

The Shasta outlets are a disgrace. I've been to many different outlets before and these have nothing to offer. The Walmart across the way has more selection.

There are a lot of vacant stores which is a shame, it's right along an extremely busy freeway. Not worth the stop in less you are specifically looking to shop in one of the few stores remaining.

I don't get it.When they opened this place was great, lots of stores with good prices. Now however it's not at all "outlet" stores,it's just stores. It's a less than average outdoor mall with half the stores vacant.Don't waste your time and just drive to Redding and go to the Mount Shasta Mall if you're looking for a mall experience.

The Shasta Outlets aren't as good as they were when they first opened. They had a Levi outlet, Big Dog, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, and several other brand name stores. They have all left since then and it's filled with many stores that I don't care to shop at. There are at least 10 empty stores as of 4/2013. My favorite sandwich shop in all of the North State used to be located here "Big Town Hero" but they have left too. They need to bring in some more name brand stores to make people flock here like they once did. Great location right off of I-5. Rating: 2 1/2 stars, but closer to a 3 than a 2

Great selection of stores and a nice place to shop for those who don't want to drive into redding. They need to work on attracting even more stores and a few more restaurants, and then it would be five stars.

Not many stores here, but took a break here to cool down in the stores. My man bought lots of goodies at Gap & Van Heusen. Marked down clearance, really durable fabric pants for $5 at Gap. Shirts and dress pants at Van Heusen for good prices, too. Would be nice if it had more branded stuff, maybe a leather bag store, more eateries, and a coffee shop maybe? Excellent prices when they have good sales. :) Would come if passing by.

We came here four years ago and it was booming. What happened to this outlet? They have a few vacant stores. They only have two name brand stores, Gap and Polo RL. I was disappointed and will not return.
