Easy to get a storage unit. Great prices. Work with your needs. We forgot to lock our unit fully and it was gone for an hour. Since they continually walk the property and check locks, we were notified. We came back and locked it properly. Very safe, secure, and clean. Recommend for all. So thankful for the friendly service.

The management staff has always been accommodating & has kept me informed of other units my family occupy, so as to prevent adverse actions. I am very concerned about the security at this time, as there is a gate inside the grounds that doesn't lock and leads to an area behind the eastern most units, and even more concerning is the well worn path that I discovered outside that gate. Additionally, the new section recently constructed with the RV UNITS is now accessible from the family unit section, however, the fence on the north size of the new section is nowhere near tall enough to keep undesirables out. I've got a medium sized dog at home who's cleared a higher fence while in pursuit of a cat.Management please assess these issues and resolve them, I've been there a year and a half and am not anxious to relocate to another facility.......Note: prior to my knowledge of these security issues I referred many people to your facility. I know you have a dog that roams the grounds after closing, however, with the large new addition and the short fence that was erected on the far north side, I think you are inviting trouble by not keeping the facility fence secure at the aforementioned gate & Not maintaining the fence height at 6'5", as it is at the main entrance

I have to say that Riverside Mini-Storage is top notch. The facility is clean and safe. The manager (Jimi) is a great lady and is always been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. I never worry about my belongings because everytime l stop by things are just as l left them. No mice, rats or bugs ever seen in my unit or on the premise. If you are looking for someplace to store your possessions, I highly recommend Riverside Mini-Storage.

I gave five stars because the manager of the this storage unit, she is very nice, every time she sees us she asks if we need some assistance always smiling and another thing is that you have easy access to the unit and when you are done you can make a u turn with no problem.

moved storage here about 4 years ago within the last year we've been not there very much . come to find out they have a rodent problem. They've gotten into our storage and ruined many items. They do not cover damages. they are not helpful with offering any solutions I pay $85 a month . do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people.

You don't want to put your stuff on auto pay because you find out three months later that a payment didn't go through and then it goes through and then it didn't go through and then you get paid have to pay a god-awful amount per month when they didn't figure it out till it was too late.

I had rented one of the rv units (14x48x16ft) over 3 years ago and had a 2nd story built into it that was 14x20x8My it was full of my grandmothers antiques,, a jetski, brand new tools, my and my daughter's entire life.the unit was illegally taken by the storage facility and the facility supossedly bought my unit during a phony auction.. im not the only one that who's unit was auctioned that day. I have iron clad evidence they did not follow ca self storage law with any of the 32 units they "auctioned" that day. My unit was over $80,000 in value. They did not send legal proper notice to me,changed the spelling of my name in the newspaper article so i could not find my unit even if i searched for it, did not file liens w dmv for either of the vehicles/marine items required by law to be registered and liens placed on them w dmv, and also emailed me a cut lock notice and advised I had 25 days to pay. This email was sent out more than 36 hrs AFTER they "auctioned" my unit. I have all the evidence and verifiable proof. The person. Handling the office and all dealing gs w my account for the last 4 months was Tucker Shultz. He somehow was also the one on facility video going into my unit before legally allowed by law, he changed the spelling of my name, he put my unit on an online only auction that doesn't even require the business to be legit to list an auction, oh thats right he and the facility bought my unit for 200 bucks and him and his girlfriend were selling all my things on marketplace. When I found out he lied and said he did not have a girlfriend, they weren't the ones selling my things, they blocked me and said it had all been donated to goodwill. Long story, they r going to b answering for this in court.
