I had to fire the old propane company because they tried to price gouge me filled existing tank and charged 65% more than the average. So I called Shasta and switched service. The office staff was kind and responsive. Zach the tank installer was really great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m installing an additional tank on an accessory building and he gave me Great tips on safely running the new gas line. He check my whole system for safety, pressure tested my entire system and re ignited my water heater after installing the new tank. Price was good and the service great. Looking forward to many more years of excellent service.”

“The owner is awesome. I was there early on a Saturday morning needing to tow a vehicle back to arcata. Everyone was trying to start what would be a very hot day early so there was a line when I showed up. He was quickly and calmly getting everyone taken care of. He initially did not have what I needed but made a partial reservation and talked me through several options.

I was off working on alternatives and well past when I was supposed to check back with him. I got a call and he had identified a vehicle for me. When the morning had slowed down, he was double-checking vehicles that had been taken out of service for maintenance and found one that only had a minor issue that he quickly fixed.

While I was there picking up the vehicle, he and his staff solved two more situations by talking through options and not giving up. All in all a great team.”
