“This location employees are good. They go out of their way to help you. My husband and I drove cross country from south dakota to Cali and had our truck break down on us in Wyoming. The south dakota team didn't have a truck for us despite us reserving 2 months in advance. South dakota gave us a last minute truck and almost forgot to put Def in it. The turbo hose had a whole in it and my husband broke down on a hill in Wyoming, in the middle of nowhere. We had to call for assisatnce 4 times before we had help, the mechanic finally arrived and was able to cut the hose. We explained everything to Miranda at andserson location where we dropped off the truck and she showed great care. She worked with her supervisor and they plan to get us a discount as we paid thousands of dollars for this move including having to book another hotel room due to the truck not driving correctly. My husband needed assistance with the car carrier to unload ect. And James that works at this location was very prompt and helped us get the job done. Thank you Anderson Penske crew!
