It's 20 minutes after 10:00 and still waiting, I even watch the girl go in. Then another girl went up to the window and asked are you open then left. I tried paying my bill though your app. Try telling me my number doesn't match. I've had my number for 10 years. So now heading to Redding hopefully I can pay my bill soon.

If you pan on going to buy or use one of their phones. Then the service is good. If you plan on transferring from another phone service. Do not, transferred from Verizon and let's just say. No Bueno on the service. Leaving and going to T Mobile directly. The guy working there was very polite.

The only reason to stay with Metro would be this store. They are knowledgeable , try very hard to make the customer happy and have a great deal of patience. All around nice people.

The man who helped me was fantastic! Knowledgeable. But his hands are tied when getting phones in for the store. They have very low stock in most phones. But I have been with this company for 8 yrs and the service is pretty good everywhere I go. I had another provider and would have to drive a half a mile just to text or receive texts!!

omg..I was in there yesterday to get a new phone and a new phone number. I wanted my old number disconnected. We went over what I wanted several times, he seemed to understand. But he messed everything up. Instead of disconnecting my old number, he added an extra line. I had to spend a good part of my day on the phone with their customer service getting everything worked out and I was already super busy and had a lot to do. What a hassle.

Not a fan. The customer service is null and void. Have since left Metro. This store sealed it for me.
