We have been using Metric Motors Since 2000 and every time we bring in our car we have been estimated a very fair price. Also it is finished on the time given and the price that was quoted. They also let us know if they find any other issues they let us know and the estimated price. I have never had an even mediocre experience, they all have been 5 stars. Having a mechanic who knows your car is just as important as having a Dr. who knows your body.

Took my vehicle in to have them replace my front wheel bearings and hubs, based on the noise I was hearing when driving it. They took the time to verify the issue and determined the noise was actually coming from the rear differential. They called to let me know, priced out the repair and I approved the new work order. A few business days later, I picked up the truck and, Viola!, no more obnoxious howling. These people are easy to deal with and are good at what they do, in my experience. This isn't my first time using Metric Motors. I am happy with the work they have done for me.

My Euro-only 1995 Audi UrS6 crapped out on the way from SF to Seattle. Thankfully it happened in Redding and after doing a little digging and making a few phone calls I took it to Jeff and the team at Metric Motors. They were able to diagnose and take care of the issue with no stress and no fuss. Vey easy to work with and very professional.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I had no idea why oil leaked out of the front left side of my car. Again they could have said anything and I would not have known the difference. It was an oil coolant (who knew) and only $300 + change. They always tell me the truth and they always fix it right the first time. I am so thankful they are here in Anderson
