I would rate a zero if I could, solely based on the fact that all labcorps close at 3:30 pm, this is incredibly inconvenient!

There are multiple issues with this location and would go elsewhere if there’s an option. This location does not keep to its posted business hours. There have been multiple times where I’ve shown up during business hours and they’re either not open (morning) or not taking people (afternoon) because it’s “too close to closing.” If you’re not closed, then you’re open. If you need to close earlier or open later, those hours should be reflected in the posted service hours. Additionally, one of the phlebotomists has miss my veins more than once. This has never happened anywhere else in my entire life. It’s painful and anxiety provoking. If you can eliminate this option as a provider in your medical treatment, I’d recommend it.

I went to this labcorp back in April for routine blood work. They got me in and out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the tech hit a nerve while doing the draw and told me that's what the pain was and acted as if it were no big deal. I was unable to use my arm and hand for about 6 weeks without shooting pain and tingling. Still have some pain and tingling 3 months later. Now to top it off, they send me a bill instead of billing both my primary and secondary insurances, which were provided at the time of service. I called customer service to take care of it and the woman handling my call barely speaks English and just keeps insisting I need to make a payment, even though I am telling her to bill the secondary that covers copays in full. My family will definitely be finding a new lab, even if that means we have to wait longer to be served.

Awful experience they told me my results would be in 2 to 6 days which never happened and then they told me it would be in eight days which never happened so I never got my results I go to my doctor thanks LabCorp.

I had an appointment, and they saw me immediately. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I had to bring my one year old with me to get my tests done, and they helped keep him entertained. They were so understanding and kind. Will definitely go back to this location in the future.

Customer service is a total failure at this institution! Since no one will answer a phone! I made an appointment for my 94 yr old mom. The MD was going to send over the lab work for my mom. Has it been received? How/who will let me know? With her age and health at the moment I don't want to get over to the lab to be informed they have no paperwork! Again later left a message at the Anderson, CA. Lab, since again no one answers a phone. So I pack up a 94 yr old woman in poor health to drive her 10 miles for her appointment. Get to the lab, check in, oh no lab work has arrived from the MD. Asked if they could contact me when they received the work order? Was toldd I will need to call in? I told the employee we tried mutiple times but no one will answer OR return our voice messages! She stated they have no time to answer phones or reply to messages when their busy! BS Customer Service or Compassion for an Elderly Customer! They had 1 individual already being helped when I arrived and ZERO others waiting or in the parking lot!
