Not very happy. The guy that made my appointment on the phone was unprofessional. The tax preparer I sat down with was very cold and had attitude. She gave me an insane number in the thousands that I was supposedly going to have to pay to IRS. I had them put my taxes on hold and went to ZipTax where I paid less than $300 for preparation and fees.

Made an appointment online 2 days ago and when I went in today for my appointment they said it wasn't in the system. I showed him the appointment reminder text and email I got confirming the date, time, and address of the location. He said it wasn't there and that they wouldn't even have time anyways to file my taxes so I would have to come back on Monday to file an extension for $99.. then he said I could go to the redding one at 2 instead but I decided I didn't want to give them my money so I left.

Because when it comes down to push and shove you're just there to turn around and push buttons and file my taxes through a computer set internet and I get charged $230 to do so when I only have a certain income coming in when it's supposed to be zero filing through every service that you turn around and provide so how in the world am I being charged for something that you don't even back up I have to now deal with IRS and all kinds of different s*** because you guys cannot turn around and keep your things together and know what to do when things go bad
