“Absolute 5 star. I was able to order over the phone, as I don't live anywhere near them. I bought some OP packs, and the packaging was amazing. The packs were put in solid plastic boxes, which are reusable, and completely protect the packs. This is my first order, but I will be a returning customer as often as possible. Amazing customer service, and Drew, the owner, is a really nice dude. Highly recommend.”

“My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip in early October 2020 and stayed in Redding for three nights. Fortunately, one of the days was Saturday so this wonderful model train store was OPEN! Great talking to the gentlemen running the store who were kind enough to show us all their layouts, including the one next door. Friendly advice for someone getting back into the hobby. As space was limited in my motorcycle luggage, all I bought was a really nice Illinois Central sign. Very happy we found this spot and I wish there was a store like this near where I live in Riverside, CA.”
