“Very clean store. The ladies in the pharmacy were amazing today. Helped me get a discount on my prescription till my work insurance kicks in, the pharmacist who gave me my consultation was very informative and actually seemed like she cared- not just I have to go over this and go over it quickly. My cashier up front was also positive and polite but also very fast and efficient. As I was walking out the girl watching the speed lanes also acknowledged me and told me to have a great day.”
“This is our LOCAL SUPER K and this is a Fav because ya walk in & treats are before you along with a little bit of everything anyone could use or NEED. Ice is ready cold drinks to enjoy. They do open at 9am & close @ 9pm so Perfect . I support them & they have made me feel welcomed in this clean stocked store . Super K saved the Day/Night!”
“I love this Safeway employees are always helpful in the food & deli area. I don't like the Starbucks in there, I use to. The girl that was working named Maci that waited on me today needs some serious customer service training. I asked for something non-caff & her response was "we are a coffee shop so everything has caffeine ". I bought a cup & she didn't offer to rinse it & put my drink in it. I've bought cups in the past as gifts & the person waiting on me always offered to put my drink in my cup not knowing it was a gift. Also when I tried to use my Starbucks app she said "we don't use the QR code we use a bar code you know the long ones with lines, its in the app" She didn't explain what app Safeway app or Starbucks app? Thinking I should call the store manager ? Terrible service.”

“I have not been back at Anderson Walmart for many months. I have read all the negative press about Walmart's customer service issues and I was frustrated by the long lines and so few checkers on my last visit.
I was pleasantly surprised to see clean and uncrowded self-service checkout areas. The regular checkout lanes were also not crowded. My wait and checkout time was the best one I've had in years at any store. My checker was pleasant, efficient, and helpful.
The grocery associate I asked for help was very helpful and willing. I see a great improvement in employee attitudes and customer service.

“Good prices on gas! It is a little tight for RVs and people towing trailers, so I recommend entry from Motel 6 as then it's a straight shot out of there. They do carry ice and the drinks are really cold here, which is a huge plus in the summer!”
