This company is okay, could be better. The reason I’m not too satisfied is because they charge an extra $100 every time I run out of gas to do a “mandatory leak check” and also there is a $200 fee for off route delivery and there is only one day of the week that they deliver to my route. They offer no accommodations whatsoever. I never had the kind of experience with another gas company before and didn’t know about all these fees when I signed if they would have told me I probably wouldn’t have signed up with them. I pray they make changes and do better for their loyal customers

I have been so pleased with Blue Star Gas. They installed a whole-house generator and did a terrific job. We also switched over to them to deliver our regular tank filling of propane for our house. They have all been highly trained and they are very helpful on the phone, as well as on the job. Good old-fashioned service, which is great to have in this day and age.

WHILE WE APPRECIATE THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT VISITED US REGULARLY, I MUST SAY, I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED THE FIRST MONTH OF SERVICE. WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF LEARNING THE BILLING CYCLE AND RECEIVED A CALL REGARDING OUR FIRST FULL PAYMENT, WHICH WAS NOT EVEN "PAST DUE" YET, NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS INSULTED. HER CONCERN WAS WHETHER OR NOT WE PLANNED ON THE PAYING THE BILL BECAUSE WE WERE DUE FOR A REFILL (WE RUN A MOTEL).

I have received nothing but World Class Customer Service, from the Rep's who answer the phone, to the Gas Tech that arrived at our place to make sure all the pilot lights were lit and house was ready for heat. They even provided a nice Welcome packet - thank you

Carlos Gonzalez, the division manager is an actual working person. He goes out into the field and handles customer service calls. I had a concern that he addressed fully and completely to my satisfaction. He listened carefully to me and used his discretion to make a sound business decision to keep me happy as a long time customer. I could have been easily been blown off with a trivial matter but he took the time to see the solution that best suited me, not some far off corporate decision maker on a phone somewhere. If you are looking for a local propane company with hard working drivers who are careful, respectful, and timely then this is the company. Pricing is close to the same for every propane company, some will try to lure you with low startup prices then provide crappy service. Read the reviews fior some of the other companies and you will see they are all over the board. Carlos runs a tight ship. Thank you

I do not know how anyone can give this company even one star. I am forced to be with this company due to a tricky situation that I can not get out of! They are rude and charge way above the going prices! They put my family in danger and for 6 years never inspected my underground tank only after I mentioned it did they send someone! There drivers complain how bad the company is as well and I think in ten years I’ve seen 50 different drivers. This is not an ethical company.

Blue Star Gas: nice name, good people, fair prices. Batting 1000 % in my book and I’ve sampled them all. Locally owned and it shows. For example they care enough to honestly survey their customers and make improvements. The big companies could care less, satisfied just skimming off the top for those that never check prices or care little about local businesses that really do care about their customers like me and you.

On Jan. 28, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. it was pouring rain and pitch black at our rural home in Cottonwood. Then backing into our driveway was Blue Star, delivering propane to us so we wouldn't be without heat. That man worked on in the cold, rain and muddy way down to our propane tank. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
