The experience I had at the AutoZone in Anderson, CA was great. I needed a headlight bulb changed during a trip I was on and Tanner easily did that despite the cramped area on my '23 Tacoma. I was told at another parts place (not AutoZone!) that CA did not allow this type of service from an auto parts store but then I went to the AutoZone and was so pleased I did! Not only was Tanner helpful but also kind and the other employees that I talked with appeared to be or the same good nature. AutoZone will be my new "go to" place no matter what town I am in!

This AutoZone usually has all of the parts the other AutoZones don't have. And while that's inconvenient and monumentally stupid to have a main hub in a small outlying city of 11k people, at least they stock a lot of rare parts. I bought a starter for a '78 vehicle and they had the exact part for some reason, and the dude working the register was both knowledgeable and friendly.

Today a young man named Dan gave me the best customer service. He was so nice and offered to put my headlight bulb in and air filter. I was so grateful for his help and his personality and demeanor made me feel comfortable asking stupid questions, as a woman, that can be rare. Thank you so much Dan!
