They also let us know if they find any other issues they let us know and the estimated price. I have never had an even mediocre experience, they all have been 5 stars. “They say, "Don't judge a book by its cover." If you're looking for a place with a warm (or air-conditioned) waiting room and a popcorn machine then this is not the place for you. It was a bit of a shock bringing my month-old car here for a tire repair. That being said, he got me in and out quick, and the price for the patch on my tire seemed reasonable. The sign that said they weren't responsible for lug-nuts and tire sensors was worrisome, and the gentleman there was, while not outright unfriendly, indifferent.”

“With a new to us Cummins based Super C motorhome we found the CA DMV wanted a clean truck check. Not many truck repair centers have gained certification on this process. We found Papé Kenworth was able to take care of us and get us Passed ✅ and on the road in no time. The Srvice Manager was very helpful handling my phone call, Service Advisor made arrangements and walked us through while the other Service Advisor was kind by engaging in idle chat to help pass time. The only small negative is I wish there was a place to sit and wait. I can’t stand for very long and that would’ve been helpful. Not enough to take away any of the 5-stars though!”
