Dr. Kathy Smith was so thorough, practical and sensitive to our new rescue dog Beau's needs. The staff is wonderful too. They did a bang-up job of decorating for Halloween -- no doubt emblemstic of how they approach everything they do. We will continue going to Anderson Vet for our dog's medical needs.

this office helped me get answers for my fur baby, Starting with small steps sending me home to get a urine sample, I felt this was the less invasive and cost-effective thing to do. Dr Cline Is very trustworthy and I like the calm atmosphere and My fur baby also stayed pretty calm in the office, It is a busy office so having patience is a must because each vet situation is different. My only knock is that I had to call after a day and a half to get my Chewy prescription approved. I am new to Chewy prescription and was told that when they saw the approval from Chewy, they would upload it, I don't know how the system works, but I did have to call, Which took at least three tries to get into someone over an hour and half period. Once I got into someone, my order was seemingly approved right away and chewy sent it. We are only human. The calm level of the office and level of service deserves five stars

I know my girl is in great hands here! They are so professional and courteous. They take extra care of my girl because she gets so scared to get her nails trimmed and they give her lots of love and kisses. Would recommend to anyone needing a great, knowledgeable vet clinic.

Be extremely careful about not reading what was written on the medical report. Someone falsified what was told to them , example ,, on day of getting shots, I asked if my dog could be seen because she needed medical attention, they told me that they couldn’t see her now but make an appointment to see her, well in the medical report, they wrote that I refused medical attention for my dog, but the appointment was made on the day to return 2 days later, and a lot more stuff was highly falsified on my puppy’s medical record.
